We loved our stay. Quiet, clean, easy in and out, good location, and our daughter (2yo) loved the little nook her bed was in. We'd definitely recommend this place for families.

It was such a nice and cozy home, close to all the highways and very comfortable! The only thing missing is a full length mirror for all the girlies to check ourselves out 😂 I would definitely come back and stay here again!

This property is perfect for many people. It is quite new and clean in a quiet area. If you plan to be out and about and are looking for a place where you can come back, make a quick dinner (no stove top or oven, but a toaster oven, microwave and two burner portable hot plate available) then go to your separate rooms to relax, it’s perfect. If you want a spot to gather and watch TV, there isn’t such an area. There is one TV and it is located in a bedroom. We wanted to have family over and fix supper for them as we have in all of the other properties we’ve rented, but that wasn’t possible. In the gathering space off of the kitchen, there is a table and four chairs with a small counter and bar stools. No couch,room chairs or television. That said, some family members liked the idea of going to their bedroom after a meal. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a nice, full bathroom en-suite. There was an outdoor project going on while we were there (no noise), so we did not see the hot tub that was mentioned, nor any communal outdoor space. This may change when the project is completed. If enjoying an outdoor space is important to you, check with Elena. There were plenty of towels and a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen had some nice staples, like coffee, sugar, cooking oil, a few spices, paper towels, napkins, etc. I would recommend this property from a cleanliness and comfort standpoint, but I would make sure that people understood the lack of a communal living area.

Overall a very nice place to stay & located in a nice, established neighborhood. We just needed a place to relax at the end of the busy days of our trip and this suited our needs very well. The ONLY drawback was the lack of a sitting area with a TV (the only TV was in one of the bedrooms).

Castle Rock is an awesome place to visit and our stay at the Kozy Suite was great. Everything was clean and the space seemed very new. Plenty of room for parking and was clearly marked. At first we were unsure of how to get to our room. (Through a gate and down concrete stairs). This place had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Our stay here was our home away from home. Clean comfy and perfect location. Any time I needed anything she was just a text away. Quick to respond and very nice. Over all our stay was awesome from the space in the bedrooms to each their own bathrooms with everything that you need. Closet space and the beds were comfortable with spacious showers. The location is in the middle of Colorado Springs and Denver with just a 30min drive. The area was very calm peaceful and safe. Very family oriented, close to stores if needed. I most definitely will be staying here again. Still got a lot of castle rock to see. Again Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

This VRBO was clean and nice. It was a short 2 day stay and this property was perfect for our purpose.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our weekend of the Colorado Renaissance Festival. The restaurants that Elena recommended were great. Would stay here again!!

The property is very clean and check in and check out was very easy. We also had a pet, so this worked out well for us. We were able to park two cars at the site and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. This is good if you need nice accommodations for a short visit.

Elena’s place was perfect for us! It was clean, spacious, and we could even bring our pet. Check-in/out was a breeze. The location was great; the house is only a few minutes from downtown Castle Rock, which has lots of places to eat and shop. We would definitely stay there again.
