The room size is quite big. All facilities functioning well. Breakfast is decent. Considerably good for the price.

All the staff at the reception are not that friendly. Can't see any single smiling face.

The breakfast is excellent. Everything is fresh and nice. Good variety taking into account all types of guests. They have a good variety of vegetarian dishes as well.

I can't think of anything.

The staff were so glad to see me and I couldn't praise them enough for what they did to make my stay enjoyable.

Due to Covid some of the hotel restaurants weren't open however there are ample places to eat within 10 minutes walk.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and friendly. Always there to assist whenever they could. The location was close to the parks and other attractions were aplenty in the area. The breakfast was always on time and the staff in the dining room during this time were very helpful.

The only issue was Corvid related in that the usual restaurants were not open in the hotel. They still had two options and both were superb. The only meals I ate there were all hot and delicious, especially of you enjoy Chinese food as much as I do.

My usual that I’ve been staying at for 5 years. Large comfy rooms. Central enough to downtown and industrial areas.

Decent breakfast, however, could use more western options. They’ve upgraded the gym but they could use more of the basic equipment (such as dumbbells that weigh more than 10kg).
