The place is wonderful.The apartment and room was super clean and well design. The room was exactly as the same you see on the photos.The owner prepared all necessary things in the room and bathroom. The air conditioner works very well and the room was not noisy. The owner also provide some snack for the guests for breakfast.Alessandro as an owner was very helpful and available. The apartment is located in the center of city and you can find the bus station,restaurant and supermarkets very close to it.Highly recommended this place to all and also alone travelers.

I booked for my mother who either spoke Italian nor English. But the host and everyone was super nice and helped her and made her stay wonderful. I would give more points for service if it was possible. Thank you!!!

Very organised, clean and modern

The room was clean, big and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom has a bidet a shower and a hair drier. Cleaning happens everyday.

We felt very good at this place. The rooms are like in a five star hotel. Very clean room. The towels are changed every day. Thank you Alessandro. You are the best!

A little bit noisy from the outside traffic

I am usually quite critical when it comes to hotels, but I couldn’t fault this one. Very friendly, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, quiet, modern, super comfortable beds, our own terrace, big towels, nicely decorated. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Everything was excellent.

Breakfast and the kitchen were very confortable. It's perfect to fix your meals and bring it to the beach. The owner is very kind and attentive.

Beautiful newly furnished room, nice bed, great shower, super cosy balcony. AC and TV. Shared kitchen with free coffre. Easy check in and check out. Alessandro gave us tips for the neighbourhood restaurants parking (some on the street and a Big free one at 100meters) ! 5min walking from Quartu Center, 15 from Cagliari and 20 from airport, just perfect! 1h from villasimius beaches!

We can hear people in the kitchen in the morning..
