+ nice interior, cozy, clean and pretty + we had some issues with smoke detectors and wifi (not working) - they were solved in the same day by management after we've informed them + location is very nice, very close to get around, nice food options in the area + user manual with food recommendations was very helpful

- heating seems very unsafe (open gas flame) - nights were very cold as we didn't dare to leave the heater running, therefore I would only book this property again in the summer - they didn't have all the amenities that are advertised on booking (no laundry on site possible, kitchen has microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster etc. but only one pot so cooking was kind of difficult)

The heating mechanism was a bit tricky and also felt like very risky.

i loved absolutely every single thing about this place. it’s so cute!! it’s a small little home, with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils! it was an 8 minute drive to universal studios. i wished that we had stayed there longer just so we could really utilize it. the host was absolutely perfect, and very quick with responses. you do get your own little patio area which I was obsessed with. OH! and the parking situation was perfect, it’s not like most hotel/homes that you stay in where you have to park a mile down the road. it was right there, up close parking. so definitely another plus! all the pictures are accurate with the exception of new furniture! overall, I would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

not even a “con” or “dislike” but it would’ve been nice if all the windows had screens on them so we could open them all up without the fear of creepy crawlies.

Very quaint, clean and well decorated.

Location was great. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. The entire unit was very nice and exactly what we were looking for.

The stairs were a little steep and narrow but otherwise very cozy.

Beautiful house, wonderful location. Very central to everything. The owners were always very quick to respond to my questions and concerns, which was reassuring. It was a nice getaway and a great change of pace. We were able to bring two small dogs and it worked out wonderfully. Many thanks!

Excellent location for freeway access. Unit was clean, easy access and host was very attentive and pleasant to work with. Modern amenities and a cozy feel.

As far as the space given they have done an amazing job! Lower portion of the unit is extremely small, you can only really seat one person comfortably and I'm not sure if they can do anything about given the space available. Maybe put in a loveseat or something similar.
