The home was great & offered a lot of room to move around, accommodating multiple age groups. The rooms were large, welcoming & cozy; decorated nicely. The three second floor bedrooms were large & comfy! The bedroom on the first floor was fine, but would’ve been more desirable to have had a master sweet, on the first floor, for aging parents unable to climb stairs. The third floor game room was an added bonus which was the reason we opted for this rental & it did not disappoint! There are a lot of stairs in this home, so if the the three level, multiple staircases, are not for you then this abode will not be ideal. The home could use some minor maintenance within, but overall this vaca home was clean & fantastic for our extended family trip. The location of this rental property was perfect! We all felt very safe in the neighborhood & it was a short walking distance to a quaint ice cream shop, coffee shop, a lovely distillery/restaurant & gorgeous park, with playground, picturous gardens & water features. The neighborhood, although historic, was maintained nicely with very little noise. The area was very close to downtown; the Arch, The City Museum & the awesome St Louis Zoo.

This home is beautiful and fit our vacation to St Louis perfectly! We came with our son and his family with a total of 10 people from ages 6-71! We had so much fun in St Louis everyday and then came back to have more fun on the 3rd floor with the pool table, bowling alley and video games! .. and even a stroller and baby doll whose name is Ella now! Lol. There was always something for everybody to do. The home is located close to downtown so it was very easy get to all of the things that we wanted to do. We had a Great time and I would definately recommend it to our friends who want to check out St Louis! Thank you for all the services, communication, and features that you offer! So Much Fun!

This property was the cleanest and best stocked VRBO we’ve ever had. It’s in a great location with plenty of room for multiple families. We will definitely book again when we’re back next year.

This house was so wonderful, and great for our family. It was fully stocked with tons of extras. The 3rd floor amenities were a huge hit for the kids. The area was very nice and there was a lovely park one block away. I would recommend and stay there again!

We had a great time at The Lady Emma! Everyone loved the house, it was comfortable and in a great location. The property manager returned texts very promptly and was very helpful. I will try to rent this out every year!

Enjoyed staying at The Lady Emma. Clean, safe area, and close to all the attractions - zoo, botanical gardens, and more. Great toys for our 2 1/2 year old in rec room was also a bonus. Host was very friendly and accommodating. If you stay here, you must visit Clementines Ice Cream Shop - within walking distance and best ice cream I’ve ever had! I’d go back.

We absolutely loved the location...little hard to find and get into the 1st time but worth the hassle. We had lots of fun on the 3rd floor, spent most of our time up there. Only complaints we had were no place to go in really bad weather. The nice neighbors across the alley gave us shelter in a basement during the tornado warnings. The other complaint we had was that we only had 1 towel and washcloth per person for our whole stay. Other than that it is a fun stay close to everything.

The property was beautiful and clean, was well stocked and fun. It was big enough for a group of nine (2 families with older kids). The location was good, and very close to the highway and several attractions. However, we were charged several hundred dollars in fees after the initial quoted price. The fees were from both VRBO and ABODEbucks, and they were very offputting. I was embarrassed to have to share them with our friends after we had agreed to book this property based on the original quoted price. And when there is a couple hundred dollar cleaning fee on top of the not inexpensive per night cost it felt kind of offensive to be asked to take out the trash and change the sheets. I wouldn’t mind doing that normally- I know this is someone’s home and want to be respectful of it- but why am I paying extra, too? I just felt like the fees and frustrations kept piling on. That said, if the surprise fees can be sorted out, this would be a very nice place to stay again.

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every regard. The game room was so fun and kept our kids busy. The kitchen and house were well equipped with everything we needed and more. The location was very close to attractions and places to eat. Would highly recommend!

Our 3 generations of family spent a portion of spring break exploring all the fun activities St. Louis has to offer. This home provided us with quick and easy access to nearly everything. When we weren’t exploring the city, the kids had so many fun activities to do in the home. The dining room table provided us a perfect spot to start our days enjoying breakfast and to end our day playing card games. The variety of bedroom/bathrooms allowed flexibility and privacy for our child/teen/adult mix. Parking was convenient. We walked to attractions and enjoyed the charm of this historic neighborhood. The hosts were responsive to texts and very helpful from booking to checkout. It was a perfect choice for us!

This place is fine. We rented from abodebucks before, and the place was great, mostly our issues were with them. If I owned this property and they managed it the way they did, I’d be upset. It was made up but not cleaned and had clearly not been deep cleaned in a long time. It wasn’t disgusting, it just hadn’t been properly cleaned. We called, texted, and left a voicemail when we checked in asking about alternatives or if someone could come clean it. They texted me back the next morning, but nothing ever happened. They didn’t return text or call etc, nobody ever came. Some fixtures are failing, a bunch of lights seemed to flicker throughout the place which had me worried about wiring on their renovation. It was too consistent to be bulbs, all different circuits etc. the master bath tub didn’t drain well, one of the sinks didn’t drain well, I think two of the tv’s didn’t work with the remote. I expressed all of this, I feel super kindly, and right away and I think we just fell off their radar. It happens. There was always parking out front. The loft was full of toys etc. we come to St. Louis every year to see family, some of their other rentals were nicer for sure.

We loved every hour of our entire stay at the property! Conveniently located to downtown and tons of attractions. Such a unique and fun place. Can’t wait to come back next year with the family. Highly recommend!!!

This place is absolutely great! /well maintained, clean, well located and plus it just really a cool place. Spent a lot of time upstairs playing pool and bowling and watching football. And we really like St Louis so we want to come back!

We had a wonderful time in there place, everything was in the home and was in a good area, everything in the pictures are so accurate. No noises at all, always was somewhere to park, the kids were happy to play in the upstairs room, my granddaughter enjoyed coloring and playing dress up, the house had great space for everyone, beds were all comfortable. The whole place was updated so nicely. Plenty of towels, bedding and everything you needed was in there. I give it 10 stars,

Fantastic place. Lots to do with the great game room. Very close to all downtown attractions (we went to the Arch, Busch Stadium, City Museum). Our hosts communicated clearly up to and through our stay. Highly recommend this place.

The Lady Emma was a perfect fit for 2retired couples touring in St. Louis. Lots of space to relax and visit. The games room provided for a couple evenings of entertainment, and the well stocked kitchen suited our needs. This property is exactly as advertised and shown in photos. It is well located and is walkable to many of the area highlights.

This is a wonderful place inside Lafayette Square. The place was clean, spacious and has a lot of excitement on the top floor for the kids. We will be back again.

The house was great. Location worked out to be able to walk to many places. The Christ,as decorations were a wonderful touch for the season.

This property was perfect! It was right off the highway - by a beautiful park - store close by. We had no complaints at all. Very comfortably fit 8 sleepers!
