Ho trovato questo posto poco fuori Cambridge e la distanza è ottimale per visitare la cittadina, se non si trova un alloggio all'interno. La casa è in un luogo splendido, molto verde, con coniglietti che saltano qua e là, tranquillissimo. La signora che si occupa dell'ospitalità è molto cortese e professionale. Ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione.

La presenza della moquette sul pavimento, un classico in tante case inglesi, non è stato di nostro gradimento, visto che nostro figlio soffre di allergia agli acari. Inoltre c'è sempre l'ansia di sporcarla. Infatti la padrona di casa ci ha imposto di toglierci le scarpe per entrare e ci ha detto di come mettere le valige per non rovinarla ... Non è proprio confortevole dover fare mille attenzioni per il pavimento. Il letto matrimoniale è un po' stretto per due persone, siamo abituati a letti più ampi. Sono comunque particolari trascurabili: il nostro giudizio è più che positivo.

We agreed a time between us and when I arrived in the dining room, there was cooked breakfast ready. It was delicious. It was cleaned and after a day away I would come back to the beds made and new towels. I stayed for 4 nights and would definitely stay again. The annex was perfect for me I was able to pop out with my own key. In the room was a little fridge and was able to keep food for my lunch for the week. They had a kettle to make tea at night and a little tub of biscuits. Thank you for a lovely stay

Ended up in neighbours property as not sign posted on road. Shoer needs fixing. Either scolding hot or cold nothing in between.

Very quiet location and convenient for our visit. Our room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Hazel thoughtfully provided fresh milk and cold water in a small fridge in our room. A very comprehensive breakfast is offered - nothing is too much trouble for Hazel as she wants guests to have what they would like.

We spent a wonderful short holiday in the Coach House in Shepreth. The property is a little separate from the road, so it is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. Everything you need (small fridge, etc.) If anything is needed, Hazel is there immediately and organizes it. The breakfast (English) is very good and plentiful. Every wish was fulfilled. Everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. We slept very well. A very beautiful garden completes the whole thing 100%. The highest rating from us. When we come back to Cambridge: Hazel's Coach House! Thank you Hazel for welcoming us so kindly. Das Anwesen ist etwas seperat von der Straße entfernt, daher ist es dort sehr ruhig. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzüging und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht (Kleiner Kühlschrank usw.) Wenn irgend etwas benötigt wird, Hazel ist sofort zur Stelle und organisiert es. Das Frühstück (englische) ist sehr gut und reichlich. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Ein sehr schöner garten rundet das ganze zu 100% ab. Von uns die höchste Bewertung. I was in business a couple of miles away in Foxton and this came up as a suggestion. Really glad I stayed here, the location was perfect for me and the breakfast was excellent! With Hazel's advice, I found the Green Man pub close by for dinner which was also great.

The weather! - it rained most of the time, which meant that it was difficult to go too far for a walk, but you can't blame anyone for that!

There needs to be more people like Hazel in the world. She was extremely welcoming and helpful. I left behind my cardigan and she kindly posted it back. The room and bathroom were much bigger than expect and her house was spotless!

The breakfast was excellent and really set us up for the day. We were travelling for a wedding - this location was excellent being only 20mins away from the wedding venue. Extremely quiet.

Nothing really. Only a very small thing - we would have liked the coffee to have been replenished for the second day but that really didn't matter.

Breakfast was really good, perfectly cooked. Ate with the other guests at the dining table and had a lovely, interesting and relaxed conversation over coffee with them.

There was nothing not to like

A lovely B&B in the countryside. Great beds, great shower, friendly hosts. The room was part of the bigger house but with a separate entrance. A lush garden all around and easy free parking in front of the door. Close to Duxford Museum and Cambridge. The host serves A traditional English breakfast in their house.

Eigentlich ALLES wunderbar: große Erdgeschoss-Suite mit 2 Betten, geräumig-edel eingerichtet, inkl. Duschbad, viele zu öffnende Fenster, separater Eingang. Funktionierende Heizung. Übliche Coffee/Tea-Facilities. Gutes Frühstück am Morgen im Esszimmer des Haupthauses. Parkraum direkt auf dem Grundstück. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Schöner Blick in den Garten. Fairer Preis.

Auf den hellen Teppich mußte man gut achten. Orientierungsmäßig nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, je nachdem von welcher Seite man kommt, dann aber beschildert.

What a delightful B&B! Set in peaceful and private surroundings, this two-roomed B&B offers a perfect overnight stay close to Cambridge with excellent travel options nearby. We stayed in the spacious upstairs room with equally spacious adjoining bathroom for 3 nights, and we’re so pleased we did. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had everything we needed for our stay, including fridge and fan (it was hot weather!), and a well-stocked hospitality tray. An exceptional breakfast was cooked-to-order each morning by the hostess, Hazel, with plenty of cold options on offer too. Hazel and Geoff welcomed us into their lovely home with open arms, and for that we must say thank you. Highly recommended!
