everything was good in this apartment. clean, I recommend the location, it's close to the beach and the boardwalk.

apartment 411 had a little small rooms. everything else was good.

It was kept clean and very bright always had lights on so when you get back at night you could actually feel comfortable and see all your surroundings

Our lock on our door didn’t work right and it would pop on and out so I felt a bit uncomfortable with that but the door did lock and it was safe

Clean new place

I very much enjoyed that. Even though I felt like I was on vacation, I also still felt like I was still at home. The rooms are comfortable. I'm planning to do around the neighborhood and my favorite part was 3 minute walk if that and I'll be on the beach. Thank you, coastal sands inn.

That there were no washcloths. Other than that, everything else is great.

The family that has to be removed by the police caused minor damage to my vehicle in purpose. I think a lot of these places down the shore need to do a better job of just letting anyone stay on their properties.

Pool wasn’t working

Greeted by pleasant staff, room was clean, location was in walking distance to everything we needed. Daily housekeeping. No bugs, after reading other reviews I was worried about staying here but we will definitely stay here again.

checking in was easy, it was quiet

It was off season so maybe it is better during the summer but the room was cold. We slept with sweatshirts and pants on. The sink leaked, they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and 3 towels. We stayed Friday to Sunday and the only staff we saw was the guy at the front desk. No housekeeping at all, no fresh towels each day. The room was very basic and it did not have a safe to keep anything in. It was somehwere to sleep but the price we paid I expected much better service and facilities.

nice and clean but paid extra for 2 king beds. when we got there the office stated that we had to take what booking . com reserved for us? spoke with booking.com and they attempted to speak to manager. desk person would not give manager’s information. the hotel had false advertising. no offer of compensation from hotel. booking.com is supposed to email with solution. not heard from them yet

Hostess Walker was very nice and improved our experience immeasurably! Highly recommended!
