There was only cold water to wash or shower with.

The room was nice and clean, good bathroom. very close to the pier and lots of shops bars and restaurants.

great location very close to the ferry and nice room with working hot shower and aircon. wifi works too and they have some nice outside spaces like a long private pier with picnic benches which was nice to watch the sunset from.

like all the reviews mention it is NOT quiet or peaceful here!!! screaming children running around during the day then at night the tequila bar next door is crazy loud. funny part is the bar wasn’t even open the night we stayed yet they still play loud music until 2am!! ok for 1 night if you need to before leaving or as you arrive just bring earplugs

Clean room with needed basics at affordable price and nice, helpful staff. Nice balcony right at the end of the hall.

If you’re a light sleeper or looking to relax and rest, it’s right next to Tranquila bar, which gets pretty loud until around 2am. Small bathroom (particularly shower) with no hot water.

Location was good.. close to everything

Door barely closed... no lamp.. sink about came out of the wall.. towel rack fell off wall... nothing but COLD water.. no offer to clean room(was there for 7 days)

The room was lovely with an amazing view, it was really clean and we had space to unpack. The pier and balcony areas were really nice. The location was great.

There was a party on the Tuesday night which we were not informed of. It would be really useful if we had known this in advance. I think it’s very overpriced for a Tuesday night as we were awake until 3am with the loud music with a dive exam the next morning at 7am. There also wasn’t any filtered water provided not even to fill our water bottles with. They also over charged us for our stay so we ended up paying a lot more than we originally booked for. The communication from the staff wasn’t the best at all which was such a shame as it was a beautiful property with a lot of potential.

I like that it was very close to the center, sea view. Great location over all.

That there was no heads up about a bar, restaurant, dive shop/ disco. It was all very loud, had some disrespectful noisy neighbors stomping over our heads all night.

We got there just to realize that they are fully booked

Placing a bar underneath a room rental is an awful combination especially when there is partying until 5:30 in the morning. Could have put a shower head in the shower, felt like I was showering with a garden hose

The apartments are very close to the dock just a few minutes walk. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help us.

We had booked several days in advance but when we arrived there was no room for us even though booking.com said there were still 2 available rooms that evening so we had to spend our day looking for other accommodation.

Down (or rather right) in the surrounding area of ​​this "hotel" there is a bar that plays extremely loud music .. So if you intend to spend a full day and rest at night you are wrong! The word that describes this hotel is "party hotel". Very bad experience! Also the water was cold all the time.

Location was brilliant, right beside the ferry and the private dock where you can sunbathe was great!! Such beautiful sunsets and a lovely communal area to use the wifi. It's one of the cheapest options on the island and we needed that as we're on a budget.

The showers were cold which was fine but for the price it would be nice to have warm showers. We were originally booked for 2 nights but extended a few times as our friend came to join us and then I got sick so we couldn't travel. The staff tried to charge us $100 for a room when it was $60 on booking.com so we had to argue this and explain that this wasnt fair. Our last stay we got an email confirmation through booking but then the staff told us the room wasn't available and at 4pm asked us to leave which meant finding another place on the island. Very frustrating! They didnt seem happy with us extending even though we paid cash each time. Also there is an extremely loud bar that plays music right beside the accommodation. It opens Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday so if you want to sleep those nights, don't stay here!

the price is really good

there is the noisiest bar of the island right downstairs, so for person who wants to rest and wake up early for the next day tour it’s really impossible. I guess this place its only good for those who want to go to party whole night 😕

The owner is very nice and accommodating. The place is great location and clean.
