Logement spacieux, propre et confortable, parking facile.

L immeuble, vieillissant et de piètre qualité, gère mal la circulation de l air (absence ou défaillance de VMC), d où des traces d humidité visibles sur les murs et plafonds, malgré les efforts d'entretien dans l appartement.

The location was perfect for our needs. The host was super freindly and helpful. Beds were comfy.

Pictures are not the reality. It was dirty, even after the cleaning. There was a sour smell from the fridge. Those apartments were part of some kind of old dormitory.

Really comfortable, well appointed and very close to the tram to the centre of Bordeaux

Location worked really well with having a car. Close to the ring road and easy access. Facilities were great, good wifi and responsive hosts.

In some spots of the flat there is mold building, like in corners of the kitchen and bathroom, where there is not enough fresh air so its too humid
