House was perfect for family! Enjoyed pool, 3 decks (!) ,and hot tub! Close to places we wanted to go to. Relaxing, nice place! The host Brock was very attentive!

Well appointed home. Clean and well laid out for a family. Pool is not deep and not large but was good enough for end of day dip after Dollywood. The cleaning folks did an amazing job right before we walked in and they did so many touches to just make it a touch beyond.

My wife and I took two of our daughters and their families to the mountains for their first time. The cabin was amazing and close to Pigeon Forge. Plenty of room and the grandkids loved the pool! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in an easy-to-get-to location convenient to many area attractions. The home offered many amenities not typically found in vacation rentals. The pool, hot tub, and fire pits were great for relaxing after a long day of hiking or visiting local attractions.
We like to cook some of our own meals and found the kitchen to be well-stocked which made meal prep a breeze. The large dining table easily accommodated our family of nine at mealtimes and it was great for playing board games and putting together a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle, too!
The beds in The 919 were probably the most comfortable we have ever had! (And we have stayed in many different rentals over the past few years!)
The host was quick to respond to messages, which is greatly appreciated.
Our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. Thanks for a great week!

My wife and I met up with our sons, daughters-in-law, and our grandchildren for a week get together. The place was super clean with plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated having everything provided that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the rustic atmosphere, the outside tv's, the hot tub, the pool, and the close proximity to Pigeon Forge and The Island! We would definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful cabin in one of the best spots we have ever stayed in and we have made many trips to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It had great views and nice back decks to enjoy the quiet yet it was literally about five minutes to get to the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The drive up the hill wasn’t scary like some other properties we have stayed at. The pool and hot tub were much enjoyed as well as the outdoor fire table. Everyone in our group agreed we would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was very easy, owner in constant contact for any questions or needs, loved the farm house vibe as soon as you walk in the door very warm and inviting. They had everything you need for a stay away from home. The greatest part is it is near great attractions of he Smokey Mountains or you can stay in and enjoy your own private pool, hot tub, relax on one of 3 back porches, cozy up in front of fire to watch a movie. The stay with my family of 7 was amazing and we will stay and play again.

Sibling, spouses, niece and great nephew vacation. We all had so much fun and relaxing time. My great nephew 11 had a blast in the pool and hot tub with his mom. Played games, sat outside and talked and talked. The weather was great for being outside. Got to meet the host Broc. He is a fantastic host. He answered my texts immediately about everything. Thank you Broc and Kim. You have a wonderful place.

Very close to Dollywood…plenty of room…. Very clean and Brock very responsive! Kids loved the pool and grown ups loved the hot tub! What a great short weekend….And the grand finale was seeing Dolly Parton at Dollywood during one of her infrequent visits! YEAH!!!! And my grandson won all of his All-Star baseball games and hit a home run!!!!

This cabin was perfect for our 3 families. Fully stocked kitchen, pool for small kids, hot tub for parents and I don’t know who liked the arcade games more, the kids or the husbands :). The host was wonderful! We had a couple of small issues and he got them fixed that same day! Would stay there again for sure! Thanks Brock for a wonderful weekend.

Property was beautiful and in a great location. Our 4 and 6 year old loved the basement pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Brock was very responsive and receptive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and perfect . Brock the owner was very prompt to respond to my questions. This was the first time we stayed in a cabin for our family vacation and Brock made it extremely easy. I would highly recommend this property or any property that Brock owns. What can I say. The property is as described. It is a beautiful cabin in the Pigeon Forge TN area. The host was very responsive to my communications. The check in and out process was very smooth and easy. If you need a place to stay in the Pigeon Forge TN area this is a great place for a family with children or just a group of friends!!!!

The kitchen has all the things one would need to cook with. A blender and even a crook pot. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house is very child friendly with an alarm on the pool and kid floats and toys. We loved our stay and will definitely go back.

Our family of 6 plus 2 grandparents really enjoyed the cabin, especially the pool and hot tub. The location is great being away from the traffic of Pigeon Forge but only minutes drive to do things. The cabin is clean and looks like the pictures. The host was great.

The amenities in this home were beyond expectations! The ease of finding it and being located near all of the Pigeon Forge action is 5 Star. We're local to the arena and just wanted a weekend getaway and a change of scenery we got way more then we expected. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We had a great visit to Pigeon Forge and really enjoyed this rental property. It was a great size and had thoughtful details for families like child locks on doorknobs, pool safety gates, a baby gate, pack n play, and unbreakable plates and cups. There were tons of towels including pool towels and a bunch of floaties for the pool.
The location is right near all of the activities.
Great communication from the owners and the whole house is amazingly clean. Like really really clean.
