My family of 14 stayed here from October 8th - the 12th! It was amazing and I would absolutely recommend. We have rented a lot of houses in Florida but never for this many people so I was concerned about too much togetherness. There is so much space for everyone to have their privacy and plenty of places to all be together. The room on the ground level was perfect for all gathering together, with foosball plenty of seating for everyone, a separate refrigerator and a separate ice machine made filling coolers for the beach a breeze. It is about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was sooo amazing!!! The garage has everything you need. So many chairs ( enough for all 14 of us ) and the beach wagon to haul everything was a life saver! Toys for kids, a corn hole set, plenty of balls for the pool which we used so much, a paddle board, a surf board and so much more! Another bonus is that there are so many beach towels for all to use! All units are decorated beautifully and everything is so clean. We spent alot of time in the heated pool also, which has a basket ball hoop that my teenage boys could not get enough of. I can no say enough good things about this property. Sorry if it sounds like I'm rambling but if I could give 10 stars I would. We will definatly be back.

Perfect for large family gatherings! This property had something for everyone; especially the individual units for each family. From first making contact with owner to book the desired week to the day of checkout, my experience was super easy and stress free. Owner staff is friendly, professional and responds quickly. The property is clean, modern, well stocked to meet every need, fun, has amazing pool and the location is perfect for beach time and shopping. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with all 19 members of our extended family. We couldn’t have found a more perfect location to lodge 4 individual families. The only thing that would have made it more special would have been a welcome gift from the host; otherwise, it was perfect!

The property was everything we expected and more. Our extended family makes an annual trip to the beach. This was the first time we have been to Anna Maria Island in many years. The close proximity to restaurants and shopping were a huge plus. Having a private pool was so enjoyable as well as the short walk to the beach which we made at least twice each day. The large gathering areas made family times extra special. We look forward to staying here again.

We were having an anniversary celebration and this was the perfect accommodations. We were 18 total and the size was great. Our own pool, rec room and very close to the beach , which is beautiful . The stay was fantastic!!!

This house exceeded expectations! We had 16 extended family members, and the 10 bedrooms here gave us plenty of elbow room. The house has clearly been recently remodeled from 4 separate small apartments, and that worked well for us for a bit more quiet some of us like/different schedules. Beds were comfortable, and kitchens were well-stocked. Pool is large, with lots of deck space chairs and tables. Each suite had plenty of bathrooms, plus laundry facilities. Sunrises and sunsets from the small rooftop deck! The walk to the beach was SUPER short and easy. Lots of beach supplies in the garage, including umbrellas, tons of beach chairs, games, paddle board, and a great wagon to haul it all in. Also plenty of parking for 6+ cars. Only downsides for us were lots of stairs, and that it was really most convenient for our group to hang out together by the pool (not inside) due to the separated nature of the suites- so keep that in mind. We had no issues, and the property manager was quick to respond to our few questions.

Overall lovely place to stay! Communication was always very prompt whenever we needed anything addressed or we had questions. The location was wonderful, just across the street from the beach. I would recommend having locks installed high up on the sliding glass doors (out of reach of young children) that lead down to the pool. Just something to be aware of if you are planning on staying with very young children/non proficient swimmers.

Love this place for multiple families. Everyone had their own condo with kitchens and bathrooms. The play room and pool was great for hangouts. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

The youngsters in the group used the pool and “gathering room” extensively.

We booked the Family Tides property for a work retreat. The rental was perfect for a large group and accurately described. We enjoyed the accommodations and proximity to shopping and restaurants, as well as the beach.

The house was very nice and clean! Very spacious and perfect for our big family. Great communication. Ginelle was awesome! She responded right away to questions that we had. We really enjoyed the rec room and the pool. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

From the beginning of our booking to the time of our arrival the Owner and the staff assigned to the property were very prompt and helpful to make our stay at the property very welcoming! Our Family, Friends, & Our wedding couple couldn’t of asked for a better location to the Beach and all the chairs available and toys for the grandkids made it even more accommodating!! The property has a lot of room for large families! Each area is fully accommodating with appliances and towels etc!! Our only suggestion would be a dumb waiter from the 3rd floor, !! 3 min walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets on the roof, lazy days at the pool side in the back, spacious accommodations for family time, what more could you ask for?

This is a wonderful property for a big family reunion. The beach is right there, the pool is perfect, the house is very well equipped and everything is in good condition. The very few questions and minor issues we had were answered almost immediately. We had trouble with one of the electronic locks and they had a locksmith there first thing in the morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. One thing you might consider for future upgrades is vertical blinds for the slider in the Swordfish Suite. In August it can get hot in the late afternoon and I think that would make a big difference. Thanks so much for everything! Ana S

The location of the house was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some. Loved all different apartments. We would absolutely rent this house again.

We enjoyed our stay. We rented all 4 units. That was fantastic to spend a lot of time together and fantastic to have alone time. Everyone was very pleased with the accommodations.

This house couldn’t have been more ideal for our group of 15 family members! Beautifully decorated and amply supplied with everything we could possibly need on vacation. The four separate suites worked well for us since it provided privacy for the three adults who had to continue working on zoom! The house is an easy walk to the beautiful beach, with it’s amazingly clear water. After a morning spent on the beach, the pool with it’s two waterfalls was perfect for relaxing! The house is in a quiet residential part of Anna Maria Island but close to an excellent grocery store and within easy driving distance of restaurants and stores. Ginelle, at the management company was very responsive and helpful. All in all, this was a vacation to be remembered!

Great clean rental. Steps to beach access & private pool was larger then most we’ve seen. The large living area comfortably handled our multi generational family of 10 adults & 9 kids. Loved it!

We had 19 people ages 4-68 and found this property to be very well equipped in all areas. Great location, great pool, all around great place!

There were 12 of us from 6 different states meeting up for a family vacation (age range 50-79). Thought the steps might have been a problem but as it turns out - good exercise after all the restaurants we enjoyed on the island. Plenty of room for “group” dining in the upper unit OR the pool level entertainment room. The Turtle and Starfish units are considerably smaller than the upper units which worked well for us since we gathered upstairs or by the pool. We all had our own private spaces if you wanted downtime. Each unit is appropriately appointed and decorated to the 9’s. Multiple laundry areas and plenty beach toys (which we didn’t use) but were made available. The pool area!!! Oh the pool area … simply wonderful!!! We actually met the caretakers Jeff and Candy, who could not have been more gracious and helpful. Justin has chosen a terrific pair to represent this property. Needless to say - we ALL had a great time. This property is walking distance (although we used a golf car) to The Beach (less than a minute or two) - Publix (less than 3 minutes) a dog friendly park (less than 2 minutes) a really good/fun lunch spot (Skinnys) just around the corner! Of course there were a couple things that could have been “more convenient” but that is with any place (including your own home right?). Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island! The property was clean and big so everyone had enough room to spread out. The Family room was awesome for the kids to hang out, same with the private pool. We were just steps away from the beach and the provided chairs, towels, and wagon made it so easy to get to and from the beach. Another perk was being within walking distance of the grocery store. It is a beautiful place that I would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the property and cleanliness when we moved in. Everything was as advertised including towels and beach equipment. We had a problem with the pool which was resolved immediately. Would recommend to others for rental. Great vacation!

The property is definitely up scale with all the latest amenities. The stairs were somewhat of a challenge esp carrying groceries & luggage up and down. The gathering room by the pool was not open but a work in progress. Pool was great and there was a short walk to the beach and stores. The owner stopped by a couple of times to be sure we were happy & was willing to please. He knows his business! All in all, it's a perfect spot for a family gathering.

We took this trip and we all loved everything about it the travel time was fast and convenient. Plenty to see and do, you can spend a lot of money or not you can just stay at house and relax. All rooms where great have everything you need. It was chilly when we where there in the beginning but got nice in warm the beach was clean and close water was cold but refreshing close to walking to stores food and entertainment. Only things I would change at the house is in the play room needs a bathroom and off of back patio of 2nd floor should have stairs so you don’t have to walk around to get to the main kitchen for everyone and can be right to the pool and would rather instead of two bunk bedsets in the room be nice to have a queen bed instead of one set of bunk beds . There are lots of stairs but just stinks when you have to take your things up and down with luggage or groceries but I would definitely come back with our family definitely highly recommend sunsets are gorgeous right from your living room Justin was great and easy to get ahold of can’t wait to come back and stay.

It is very good property with 5 minute walk to the beach access. swimming pool is very good and kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We enjoyed this place.
