Everything about it, location and facilities, rooms...not a thing we did not like about the apartment. Excellent and would definitely book again

The fire alarm was continuously beeping every minute or so, we got used to it but surprised this was not picked up on a previous clean. Could only find one extra remote for the bedroom TVs so only one could be used.

Terrace lights didn’t work so couldn’t make use of it during the night, sockets in some rooms were behind cupboards, beds weren’t together despite advised request was approved. £400 deposit despite asking before booking if their would be additional fees and advised if there is a pet there is additional, nothing else was mentioned. Advised towels and linen that was missing could not be dropped off till the next day and asked if we could make do for one night When linen came it was damp and we hung them on doors around the apartment to dry off. Looked through the guest book to sort heating out, documented in there that there is separate guide for heating but could not be located. Layout of the property was not documented on listing and was over 4 floors, we had a pregnant lady, a lady riddled with arthritis and man with a fractured hip so it wasn’t convienent if this was documented on the listing this would have been carefully considered prior to booking alongside the unexpected deposit request, as it was non refundable deposit had to be paid. We was advised to strip the bedding and linen and place into bags on leaving, along side emptying the bins which is highly unusual, yes we agree to leave the accommodation in a cleanly manner but stripping beds and emptying bins is part of the housekeeping role and this is not what should be expected of house guests. 1 socket in the downstairs bedroom did not work so not practical again, blinds did not work in one of the bedrooms upstairs.

The property is beautiful with an amazing rooftop balcony. It was very comfortable and in a perfect location.

Only thing which could be improved is things like oil, salt and pepper to be provided

Panoramic views over Newquay, the coast, and the sea, not only from the open roof terrace but also from the lounge, were absolutely breathtaking. Generous off-road parking for at least 2 cars.

To gain the best views, you have to be high up. So be prepared for uphill walks.

Property was awesome. Fantastic location and the beaches are lovely. The views frim the property were fantastic.
