Cozy 2 bedroom, very clean! Hot water, Sandra was very nice and accessible. Neighbors were very friendly. Would def stay again, the area is a tad off the beaten path but I never felt unsafe. Golf cart is needed!

WiFi was a tad bit spotty.

The concierge was extremely helpful. we had a wonderful stay in a nice apartment for a great rate!

It was very clean and the Villa had everything you need.

The Internet was not good. The bedrooms needed a TV in them to relax after a long day.

Wifi has problems, but they fixed it by putting an extender in the home. It was much appreciated. Beautiful rooftop view. Air conditioning works well. Feels safe. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend. Just required to get a golf cart so you can get around town (but you need one no matter where you stay).

San Pablo Villas is a very nice Hotel, very clean, great facilities, very comfortable. You have everything you need, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, fan and airconditioner in every room. The terras is perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing in the hammock. You even get a parking space. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Pedro :)

the apartment is brand new, modern, clean, air con in every room and comfortable beds. kitchen is well equipped and having the washer and dryer is excellent when travelling for a long time as we have been. The roof terrace is also great, beautiful view and just a very nice space.

The living room windows need to be sorted. There isn’t actually glass and so if you open the blinds to let light in during the day, you also let all the heat in. which of course you don’t want especially with the air conditioning! so it means having to stay in the dark/ with lights on during the day. Second issue was unfortunately the internet isn’t great. it’s very temperamental and doesn’t reach the bedrooms despite it being a small apartment. As mentioned the roof terrace is very nice however the sun beds are quite uncomfortable and would benefit from some form of cushion/ padding. Last one is a small thing, whilst we appreciate why plastic cups and plates are used, it would be much nicer to have real crockery made from ceramic. finally, the apartments are quite far from town/ nice beaches, therefore you definitely need a gold cart if you are staying here.
