Fantastic modern and comfortable property. Great hosts and communication. Everything you need is there.

Property was in a great location 30 minutes walk from Newquay. Host was lovely made us feel welcome straight away gave us great recommendations on local places to eat and visit. Couldn’t fault anything about the property or the host. Would definitely stay here again in future.

Everything needed was provided. Lovely garden to sit in.

A bit far out of centre Newquay for walking.

The house was brilliant, newly renovated, gorgeous kitchen and bathroom. Rooms emaculate and airy. Lounge perfect for family of 4, 2 large sofas and large smart TV. Beds really comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need, a welcome pack with cornish cream tea and a bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Chris the owners sister looked after us and told us how everything worked. Ideal location 1 1/2 mls from Porth Beach which is great for surfing and small children as it has a creek that fills so safe for kids to play in. Can't fault the house at all and is the nicest holiday property we have ever stayed in, would recommend for any families travelling to Cornwall

Very thoughtful for their guests. They had a travel cot and high chair all ready when we arrived. The decor is very up to date and modern. The outdoor furniture was a nice touch for the evenings. A few sweet treats and wine upon arrival. A nice friendly pub 5 minutes away. Beaches only a 20 minute walk. A perfect place to stay in Cornwall. We will definitely use this accommodation when we return. The photos do not do this lovely house justice.

There were steps to the property but we managed just fine with a 1 year old.
