Jayne was super friendly and welcoming. The house was very spacious, great kitchen, very comfortable beds. It was perfect for what I needed. The university and the centre of Lancaster were very close/walking distance.

The property met our needs really well for a weekend stay in Lancaster. Jayne is an excellent host with good communication

Our only small criticism is the bathroom does get wet with the use of the shower, however, this is not a show stopper

I love Lancaster and the street I was in is an old street, the house was lovely, and from the front door looking down the street the view was lovely, The house was perfect, had everything you needed, plus tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a loaf of bread was provided, which was nice. Beds were really comfortable and clean. I would book it again.

The massive hill the street was on. My husbands disabled,and the incline was so bad he caught his legs in the car door as it was trying to close on him. Its the only downside, so not the owners fault.

Excellent location - close to local amenities, city centre. Very quiet! Good value for money - everything you would expect from serviced accommodation was provided. Host was very hospitable and supportive.

Good location. Easy roadside parking outside the house.

The property is basic and needs a bit of TLC and tweaks here and there but it didn't spoil our stay.

Staff was very friendly, we were provided with an ample supply of food that was pleasantly unexpected. The beds were very comfortable, WiFi was good, overall atmosphere was very nice.

Kitchen utensils were dirty and required cleaning before use. Central heating system was unintuitive to use and seemed inconsistent in practise.

Warm and cosy. Comfy beds, lots of hot water. Nice big tv. Fully fitted kitchen. Good location, eating places and shops nearby.

Would have liked a kitchen cloth for wiping up. Would have liked a sweeping brush. Would have liked cushions on settee. Would have liked somewhere to place a cup on in the living room.

Recently decorated house that has been kept very clean and tidy. Polite and friendly welcome with a welcome at a time that suited our requirements.

Location was perfect, we arrived late in the day and there was a chippy at the end of the road as well as a local shop! Was perfect for the little things we needed

Better cutlery needed,and a few more things like tin opener ,cork screw ,and bottle opener would be great.
