The location was great. The pools were great. The bbq area was well equipped and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The size and layout of the apartment was great. The access via the back of the property to go to the beach was fantastic. Having a washer and dryer was great.

The apartment we stayed in could definitely do with some upgrades. The bathrooms were good, but the furniture, soft furnishings and crockery have seen better days which was disappointing.

The set up was nice. Bbq downstairs was clean. Pool was clean.

Pool was not heated. There was not enough toilet paper for a family that paid quite a bit to stay there for a week.

Site + its environs, poolside location - the lap pool was great, secure entry walk to beach, property location setback from main street which was good

Limited cutlery, plates, storage in Kitchen, no rangehood over cooktop, noise transfer from apartment above (moving chairs, kids noise @ 6.00am woke us up continually)

Directions to apartment a bit confusing.

Quiet, well maintained, clean accommodation. Soacious and practical. Excellent bathroom, super long 50m lap pool.

The restaurant was actually closed without warning.

The pools were amazing!!! The proximity to the beach was fantastic and palm cove is a tropical paradise.

The rooms were adjoining which was a challenge as we have young kids and this was not clearly advertised. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the second bedroom had no blankets provided... Just a single sheet. The cleaning requirements upon departure seemed a little challenging; e.g., they asked us to disinfect the bathrooms. The carpet and overall quality of the second adjoining bedroom was below average.

Excellent fast internet, mango lagoon is quiet and beautiful with a 50m pool! Short walk to the main strip which suited us, a little bit out of the fray

Soap dish/hooks in the bathroom to hang hand towels on would be nice.
