The breakfast is great! Good variety, and all tasty, especially the scrumbled eggs. Staff are very polite, patient, and welcoming

Night employee cared more about his phone than us. Was told there was maid service n nobody came. Bed hurt my back. Could have taken better care of the pool after a rain storm. Breakfast could have been better

Food was decent- hotel was very clean with a welcoming staff. Price was great. Close to UT campus for easy move out. Area was totally fine. Definitely would stay again.

The bed was uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was terribly weak.

Didn't use it
The beds were lumpy. The overall appearance of the room was good. We had no shampoo or cream rinse. Only one bar of soap. Then i had a $180 charge appear on my statement the night we checked in and it still hasn't been taken off 2 days later

Hotel refused to communicate when I contacted them over the app. As such, I couldn’t stay there because I needed to make sure they could switch to two beds instead of one. Refused to respond and kept the money from my booking. Shady.
