EL ALOJAMIENTO, SI BIEN ESTA A 30 MINUTOS DEL CENTRO DE MIAMI, ESTA EN SOBRE UNA PLAYA AL NORTE MUY TRANQUILA Y VISTA LATERAL A LA PLAYA, CON SALIDA DIRECTA. ESTA MUY BIEN EQUIPADO Y MUY BIEN DECORADO, TIENE DE TODO.

EL COMPLEJO TRABAJA CON VALET PARKING, QUE ES UNA COMODIDAD, NO DEJA DE SER UN COSTO EXTRA. PERO ESTO NO OPACA PARA NADA, LO BONITO DEL DEPARTAMENTO PARA VACACIONAR.

Great location, right on Hallendale beach. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants and WalMart. The beach is great. The pool only gets sun in the morning so go out there early then switch to the beach. The valet guys want cash for parking and you need cash for key fobs. All the basics are there with a few exceptions but that’s normal. Bring shower gel. The unit is nice, beds (1 king/2 queens) are comfortable. TV and wifi are good. Owner was very responsive. We would rent again.

The building is a bit dated. The shade in the 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced or repaired as it lets the sun in in the morning.

The property had everything you needed and it was in a great location for restaurants ,the beach was beautiful but it was cold so we couldn’t get in, but the kids enjoyed the pool and we had a great time and the owners was available to any questions that I had

The apartment was very nice. Beds were comfortable. You got an ocean view and it had a small balcony.

The booking page for this did not tell you the name of the apartments and it gave me problems initially trying to confirm my booking. Didnt like having to meet the owner in the lobby for the keys and having to pay $20 or $30 for a key fob (non refundable) that probably costs them $3 to replace. This was the rule of the apartments not the owner. I also wasnt aware of the cash deposit prior to booking and that you had to get an inspection before getting it back. It interrupted my vacation to do that and was awkward to say the least. They also didnt provide extra toilet paper or paper towels and no cleaning supplies except for dish soap. The property owner said she would make sure and fix that now that she was in town permanently.

Loved the beds and the shower!!! The living space was very comfortable.

We had hoped for a better view of the beach, but we were fine.

Location was good. Right on the beach and about 40 mins to Miami. Condo was clean and spacious

The owners of the condo who live out of country are extremely difficult to communicate with. They told me it wouldn’t be a problem to check in close to midnight but yet the property manager didn’t even know we were coming as the owner didn’t provide our information. Had I not followed up a couple days prior to get check in instructions we may very well have arrived late w out being able to get in. The condo is beautiful and clearly the owners took time to decorate affluently; however they then go “cheap” by not providing any paper items (one roll of TP, no paper towels or napkins). This small thing creates a negative vibe of not being welcomed customers. The property manager Liliana is a delight. The owners are lucky to have her looking out for their property.
