Location and clean room

The pools were very nice, the complimentary breakfast was nice. The staff was great and friendly.

The room was pet friendly and we weren’t told in advance or given a option to choose a not pet friendly room. So my allergies were horrible and because of the busy weekend of Lake George Car Show there wasn’t another room we could move too. The two TVs we had didn’t work, the toaster didn’t work. We paid for a full size kitchen, 1 queen room and 1 king room and we did not receive that room.

Staff was friendly and helpful.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.Shower was hot and good pressure. I will recommend it to others and we will stay here again.

Everything was absolutely perfect.right on down to the housekeepers, our Honeycation was AMAZING & RELAXING 😌. Definitely staying again.

If I have to say I didn't like something, I would have to say the indoor pool could have been slightly warmer.

The location is great and the swimming pool is a plus with the kids

The indoor pool was clean and heated and a lifesaver with the crisp 70s weather. The hot tub was also super clean and scorching hot - all of our party loved it. The location to downtown was great, not right in the mix but close enough. The continental breakfast was absolutely amazing - so great to not have to leave the property and be able to have yummy breakfast every day with the kids. The staff at this place was amazing. Super friendly, very accommodating, always trying their best. Really nice people.

For all the great staff and two nice pools, we still cannot possibly stay here again. Yes it's a less expensive property but we still paid nearly $2800 for six nights (two 5-person units). That price point you're not expecting luxury but our units were uninhabitable. Unit 31 had a leaking air conditioner that progressively soaked the carpet below and led to the unit smelling like mold and fish and mildew. We asked for help and they said they didn't know what to do as it can't just be replaced and offered to put towels down and sprinkle carpet fresh. The smell was so bad we kept every window and door open except when sleeping. It was terrible. The carpet is definitely decades old and the furniture as well. It was musty and moist and smelly and if we could have left we would have. Unit 32, billed as non smoking, smelled as if someone smoked in there for 20 years. We had two people with allergies and asthma in there who had to take Benadryl because of the palpable odor. Staff was super apologetic and tried their best but there's no getting decades or smoke out of carpet, curtains, or the couch. It was like walking into your 1970s chain smoking grandmothers house. The accommodations ruined our annual vacation. They gave us 15% back as a gesture of good will and offered to give us a full refund if we checked out but there were no other hotels available with 2 hours notice. It's a shame because the staff were some of the friendliest most helpful people, but even nice people can't work miracles.
