The host changed the property at the last minute and the alternative was not suitable for the elderly relatives that were staying with me, with steep stairs and only one bathroom without the benefit of a walk in shower. We had to take a hotel rooms with the additional cost that entailed. A very disappointing end to what was planned to be a lovely family weekend.

THEIVES, DO NOT PAY THIS PROPERTY ANY DEPOSIT, THEY WILL NOT PAY IT BACK AND MAKE A EXCUSE TO KEEP FUNDS, I HAD A VISITOR AND THEY CLAIMED I HAD A EXTRA GUEST WHEN ON CCTV IT WAS CLEAR I DIDNT, THEY USED THAT AS A FORM OF KEEPING THE DEPOSIT, AFTER REPORTING TO
BOOKING.COM THEY THEN TRIED TO FIND ANOTHER EXCUSE, DO NOT PAY THEM DEPOSIT AND IF
YOU DO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE THE LANDLORD LIVES AND CAN BE REACHABLE AS THEY TURNED THERE PHONES OFF AFTER I CHECKED OUT AND ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT!

Easy communication with the host. Minimalist interior. Deposit quickly given back after swift inspection. 3 floors and plenty of choices of where to sleep. Easy to find. Very clean.
We thought they could do with some sun loungers for the back decking. Check out was wayyy too early so I hope they will increase the time to midday then we would stay again but prefer later checkouts. Getting up early wasn't for us.

House was filthy. Floors dirty, stairs not hoovered, light switches and door handles grubby, toilet and shower not cleaned and left with poo stuck, cutlery drawer full of crumbs

The location was perfect were we needed to be and Craig is an amazing host, I would recommend this place 100%

The host was great
We looked at 2 houses they had available, the first was dirty but we decided not to stay as all the sheets were dirty. The second had cleaner sheets. The house was still dirty, had not been cleaned at all and the up keep of the house is neglected

The property was clean and tidy finished to a good standard. close to the town and shops also some good restaurants nearby

It was spacious and clean.
They had no WiFi or toiletries available but did have lots of cleaning products on the plus side.
