Our flight was delayed and our host was contactable and helped us with getting into the place despite late hour and responded to all our questions. Location is very central and breakfast was nice in an Italian restaurant opposite the place.

The host was trying to charge us (twice, for amount of money we 'owed' him and when that did not work out for 50 euros) without contacting us at all after our flight was delayed - despite the fact that if we indeed would not turn up, we would have to pay only 50% of the price according to the agreement, not the full amount. The room (definitely would not call this a studio) was rather small, the kitchenette was just a fridge and a sink - no clean dishes either and kept rather unhygienically. Wardrobe was full of carpets and not usable either unfortunately, and the mattress was not comfortable.

Good location, close to the city center. Great place to stay if you are 2-3 nights in Kos town

Great location, if you are coming for a few days it is okay but not for a longer period of time.

We asked for a room for 4 people but we got 2 seperate rooms. There was airco but it didn’t work al the time. A couple of lights didn’t work and there was a broken charging port.

The host was very lovely, helpful and welcoming. The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. exceptional for the price plus an amazing view and only a few minutes walk from the beach with restaurants and shops nearby as well. Small supermarketthe a minutes walk away as well.

Owned by a family that where very friendly and always willing to help. Just one street away from the beach. Nearby restaurants but location not too noisy (if you sleep with closed windows and with the airco on) Fresh and generous breakfast every morning, we always had too much to finish.

Maybe it will be time to change the mattresses ;)

Nitsa and here family were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Immediately personal, they made us feel very much at home. Every one of their suggestions on what to do and where to go for food was even better than expected. We had no problem at all communicating and they helped us navigate the necessary issues during times where corona measures complicate easy carefree travel

I'm not used to a shower without curtains.

An awesome location with a balcony and sea view. Great value for money!

I was chilly in the night and the shower is a bit tricky to use. But no complaints - I had a brilliant stay.

The Lady owner was very nice and welcoming and We were able to leave our bags after checking out.The view from our room was good the beach was across the road and the town with tavernas and bars were only a 5-10 min walk.

Very kind owners of hotel. The localization was perfect - 300m from the city centre but in very quiet place, almost on the beach and all restaurants and shops were closed. Hosts also have shop on the ground floor which is very helpful to buy something to drink or snacks for the beach or trips. The big advantage was breakfast. We had never expected breakfast included in that price of accommodation.
