good location

check in process took 45 minutes and the staff did not seem to know what they were doing. at one point a guest checking in went behind the counter and checked herself in because she worked at another hotel and was familiar with their system. room was not very clean and walls are VERY thin. also fyi signage out front is for “sleep inn” not mainstay suites so I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place before getting to the desk and being told I had to wait in the OTHER line right next to him because that’s the Main Stay side.

everything was awesome

The property was clean. The staff was very flexible and helpful. The parking was free, free breakfast, and a kitchen inside the room. It was also affordable and reasonable pricing.

The only thing I didn't like was extra charges taken off my card without prior notification.

staff really tried to accommodate for guest

the pool was closed !it there but had no water it smelled mildew the wall were stuffed the shower had brown spots at the top and the room could of been more cleaned and smell better with a pool with water in it that was weird

Location was good. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The quality of the room was poor. Whoever did the remodeling did a poor job. Apparently no one inspected the work or just didn't care.
