This was an amazing hotel. We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday and she received so much love the staff. She loved the water fountains in the front lobby.

The lobby is beautiful and the hotel is unique, but the rooms are very dated with very old furnishings. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay, but it’s only dine in service.

Great location, but dirty hotel. Bathrooms are not cleaned thoroughly! And $6.00 daily parking rate? Why not just add to hotel rate? Disappointing for a Hilton.

We had a nice suite, it was nice to have more living space than just an average room. The breakfast buffet was nice but I wish it was included in the price. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we ever visit the Chicago area in the future.

The only thing that I had a problem with was that the cable suck. I was looking for certain channels like BET or WeTv and it wasn’t included.

The lobby seems fine but the rooms are old, moldy bathrooms, no hot water in the shower,
Filthy windows, old furniture, etc.
The rating is totally bogus! To start with we could not check in because the electricity was off and we had to call later to find out if it went on!

This was close to the zoo & a good place to stay after spending the day there & before going into the city the next day.

The pool and jacuzzi had to be cleaned dirty. OUR room had a broken sofa bed. They said they have no rooms available to shift. Everytime we go out we had to come down to the register again to unlock our room key as it kept getting blocked, atleast 6 times we did that. Can't even cancel or refund even after we bought the insurance.

The t stat was locked out and the room was 76 degrees.
The room had an odor to it.
The building set up was conducive to hearing all the conversations and kids screaming as they ran around.
I ordered only 1 meal because it took an hour to arrive (chicken sandwich).
The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Cleaning crew was good.

a little older of a hotel, but besides a good updating, this hotel is great, off a very busy area, but situated back off interstate, 10 minute drive for decent food and a great theatre right next door

Hotel is next to some sort of event center and it seems all attendees of the event center take over the hotel parking. So if you go out for dinner and come back to the hotel, there are no parking spaces left - granted, the hotel will give you a hanger and seems they start towing at midnight - but by that time you are forced to park way away from the hotel! The pull out bed in the room was very hard and even very dirty. All in all the stay was OK, the staff were very friendly and helpful so that was a plus.

We flew out of midway and had 6 people in our family. Although it was a 30 minute drive to the airport it accommodated our family. We had 2 beds and a pull out couch in the living room. Very clean, excellent service, beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend staying there again.

The hotel is old and not updated. The sofa in the room was old and dirty with stains. The carpet is old. Overall feeling was bad. The location is good. Safe area. They need to update it. Not worth the price. We took it because we needed extra room.
