The floor is breaking and cracking. I almost got flooring stuck in my foot the sink. You have no hot water in the bathroom in the bathroom sink. The shower is only a shower. You cannot shut the shower off and run it by the tub and we seen a roach oh and not to mention the bed is so uncomfortable. It is so soft. It’s a horrible our backs are killing us. No good sleep.

The room is in need of repair. Holes in the walls, floors breaking. The level of clean was a 0. The comforter had holes, HOLES! There was extensive mole residue in the tub. The heater only works when it wants to. DO NOT COME HERE. When more towels were requested reply from the front desk was you have enough. The bed night lamps did not work. This is a business. That has no Standards. 89.00 dollars. I could have stayed elsewhere and had a enjoyable exerience. I will add the sicking photos.

The check-in clerk woman showed excellent customer service. My husband and I knew before we booked that this location is known for shady clientele, but the Comfort Suites down the street on Roosevelt was so terrible in service and there was a ghetto party in the lobby, we had no choice. The room was overall ok, however the toilet seat was broken and the water pressure was super low (pretty much non-existent). It seems that there was some effort put into cleaning the room. How the cleaning people missed the broken toilet is questionable. Anyway, for the non-safety factor I hope we don't need to return.

Manager was the nicest dude ever. Gave us a room just to take a nap in after our exhausting day of travel. He was a super nice guy. The staff besides him were not good at all. Rude and lacked leadership and emotion. The area of villa is actually quite nice once exploring around even though it looked a little sketch on arrival. Rooms were alright. There is no pool idk why they putting pics of that. Worst part of the motel were the other guests. The price is excellent for what you’re getting but does attract people who may not Be the sweetest. Fr shoutout to the manager he was sick!

I won’t stay again. Upon arrival desk clerk asked me to wait 5 minutes bc she was having her dinner. I consider this rude. Facilities are old and while there are attempts at updating it just seemed a bit icky. Pretty run down.

There was a plank on the floor that was completely loose and a trip hazard. The wifi didn't work for the first 30 minutes of my stay. The check in worker who assisted me was very helpful.

The first thing I noticed was at the door didn't shut completely. It obviously been kicked in. I have stayed at that location before. While checking in I was told it would be a few minutes because they were cleaning the room. I found three ticks crawling on the floor, carpenter ants. And a glass pipe right by the garbage can that I moved extremely quickly because I had my four year old son. After the ticks I checked the floor. It was very dusty and they were dead flies on the floor and plain view. The bathroom sink but not drain completely, the tub was dirty and I noticed that one of the towels had what appeared to be blood on them. Definitely not a great night
