The hotel is pretty modern and spacious. Excellent staff and service. Clean.

The location! It's quite far from the main area in Bernal and from the Peña. The area seems kind of sketchy, kind of lonely and far from everything. There is nothing within walking distance. And it was kind of difficult to get there. You need a car for sure. And the parking area is across the hotel. Also,the room we stayed in didn't have any windows, not even in the bathroom, didn't like that.

The hotel is basically brand new. The room was clean. Good shower. Antonio was very accomodating with shuttling us to the centro.

Mostly the location. Too far from the centro and the area is not very nice. The hot tub wasn't hot, which would have been nice as it was colder in Bernal this particular weekend.

What a wonderful find! This hotel was amazing. It has a beautiful design with several terraces to enjoy the spectacular views of the Peña de Bernal. It's in a lovely, non-touristy neighbourhood a short walk from the town. The service was amazing and the staff would do anything for you. I had to do some work while I was here, and the wifi was also very good and allowed me to do everything I had to do. I loved the jacuzzi and the pool, which I had to myself. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fantastic!

I really liked the location, you can see the monolith a few kilometers from where you stay. The people were warm and super attentive. The place was amazing! It has the the commodities necessary. The pool is awesome. The jacuzzi is cozy. I will definitely be back there. I have already recommended the place to friends and family.
