Uncomfortable and very noisy sofa bed. Better bring slippers because the whole studios floor is tiled.

BETT- Es gibt kein Bett im Zimmer. Ein kaputtes Couch mit Bett(un)funktion. Wenn man cityurlaub hat, verbringt man nur die Nachts im Hotel und wenn das Bett schrecklich ist, kann man nicht so viel bewerten.

Seppur la colazione non facesse parte dell'offerta, c'era un ampio spazio a disposizione degli ospiti e la possibilità di farsi un caffè. La struttura è moderna e decorosa, il proprietario è cordiale ed efficiente.

Non ci sono aspetti che mi abbiano lasciato insoddisfatto. L'intorno del palazzo (peraltro ben ristrutturato) è quello che è, ma nel mio caso la posizione era funzionale allo scopo.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.

Leider war es kalt, vor allem der Boden war eisig und die Heizung konnten wir nicht dauerhaft höher stellen, mussten immer wieder nachstellen, vor allem in der Nacht war das nicht fein.

Apartamento moderno y muy limpio. Tiene lo necesario. Un plus la sala común con cafetera (y cápsulas Nespresso). Hay dos supermercados al lado. Perfecto para 4-5 días como campamento base para visitar el lago y es fácil aparcar.

Se oía un poco de ruido de las habitaciones de al lado y nuestra habitación daba al muelle de carga del supermercado. Algún día había ruido de camiones descargando. Las almohadas muy altas, duras e incómodas. Las del sofá cama son mejores.

Очень хорошие апартаменты! Очень всё уютно и красиво) в номере всё есть. От центра далеко, но если подъезжать на транспорте, то нормально. Рядом есть большой магазин, что бы купить продукты. Общая кухня и холодильник на этаже с местами для завтрака. Есть кофе, чай, сладости в посуда и бокалы для вина. Микроволновка)

Host was lovely and helpful. The single bed was bigger than I expected and comfortable. Everything was clean and there was some food to take from the kitchen area which I wasn't expecting.

A little further from town than I hoped for (especially when traveling with a heavy backpack), but close to bus stops. The man who greeted me did help with the buses.

The location was fairly clise to the city center.

It was a very comfortable stay, clean room and also the host was very welcoming.

Beautiful modern and clean apartment, had a smart tv which you can stream from your phone, great air con, beautiful natural light. Building had an elevator inside so good for those with heavy suitcases. Easy free street parking. Approx 20-30 min walk to lake como shops and restaurants.

A great apartment to stay in Como, it was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a weekend trip. Very convenient was the supermarket right next door. Check-in was easy and arriving with the bus was quite direct from the main train station.

Easy check in, great communication. Loved the space. Would definitely stay again.

I wish there were more outlets available or charging stations. I only found the one in the room.

Our host was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was such incredible value for money given the prices in Como. The distance from the lake was no problem at all - a 15-20 min walk. Apartment was very well equipped and the supermarket downstairs was so handy.

Not an amazing view from the window but we didn't stay in much.

We loved nearly everything about the place. The communication with our host Felice was very easy - both via Booking and Whatsapp. He texted us instructions on how to reach the property and waited for us for the check-in. The room had everything we need and the shared area (a kitchen and a dining area) was excellent - we could prepare coffee, tea, warm food in the microwave... There's a supermarket right next to the property (In's) and there's a another one (Carrefour) just some 5 minutes on foot. The centre off Como is some 20 min away on foot, but there's also a bus stop nearby (number 6 and 11).

Very comfortable and spacious apartments, very modern and clean with hood facilities. about 20 minute walk from the centre, there are buses nearby that are very frequent.

The communication with the staff was excellent and quite reliable and fast. Everything was explained by phone as WhatsApp

- very friendly staff with a lot of recommendations - comfortable, clean room with a good design - clean private bathroom - small snacks in the living room - a bit far from the city center, but still close enough

- maybe would be better to choose something a bit closer to the center - we paid around 90 euros for a night and I think it was too expensive
