Petit déjeuner correcte, choix, . Salle, très jolie, claire, accueillante. Personnel à l écoute, agréable, serviable.

On pourrait améliorer les fromages sous cloche, ainsi que la charcuterie. On aurait préférer du beurre individuel, ainsi aussi que les confitures. Sinon sous cloche. Rien d autre.

Spacieux, belle terrasse. Studio bien équipé et confortable.

Accoglienza dello staff con particolare menzione per la simpaticissima Faith. Posizione perfetta per arrivare con la propria auto (parcheggio prenotabile a pagamento) e poi raggiungere il centro con una piacevole passeggiata. Struttura nuovissima e gradevolmente arredata con ogni confort (anche mini cucina in camera con elettrodomestici e ogni altra occorrenza). Buona colazione. Non abbiamo utilizzato la palestra ma abbiamo curiosato ed era ben attrezzata. Se dovessi tornare a Chartres non avrei dubbi sulla scelta dell’hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett und haben sich Mühe gegeben, ein passables Zimmer zu finden. Sie kamen uns im Endeffekt im Preis entgegen und haben sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt.

Dafür, dass das Hotel so neu ist wirkt vieles schon recht heruntergekommen. Weiterhin waren die Zimmer leider überhaupt nicht sauber (Staub, Haare, Make-up, dreckige Toilette, müffelndere Abfluss, dreckige Töpfe), sodass wir insgesamt dreimal umgezogen sind, bevor wir ein einigermaßen sauberes Zimmer beziehen konnten.

Having a little kitchen corner was nice as we could eat in sometimes. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Secure parking, easily accessible as we arrived. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful lady on reception, who spoke excellent English, for which we were very grateful.

There was very little that we didn’t like, other than perhaps not much fruit to eat at the first breakfast, but more the next morning, so that was good. Also maybe an extra towel for people staying more than one night ie two towels each.

Could walk to Cathedral and restaurant area.

Rooms were a bit dated and could use renovating.

De ruimte is niet zo groot maar alles is aanwezig tot een klein keukentje aan toe. De ligging is uitstekend! Korte wandeling naar de kathedraal.

Parkeergarage van het hotel was vol. Het ernaast gelegen straatje ook. Uiteindelijk in prijzige Q-parking geparkeerd.

Que de bruit! Les vitrages ne sont pas aux normes ou mal posés, mais on entend les voitures passer! On entend aussi ses voisins...déception pour ce point En se présentant à l'interphone du garage...on entend rien, il fait couper le moteur et se coller au HP! Du jamais vu!

Good location, very clean and modern with a fully equiped kitchenette with refrigerator, great aircon and an excellent breakfast. The staff were particularly helpfull and friendly.

Excellent sized rooms with good facilities and comfortable bed Good location that was easily walkable into the centre.

Parking away from the hotel. We had a bike and roof box, neither of which would fit in the underground carpark so had the joy of taking everything off before we could park. We then left our bike in the hotels basement car park, which was pretty empty so not sure why this wasn't an option open to us.

The location was very good, a few minutes walk from the centre of Chartres, with all it's amazing buildings. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were nice, and clean. The underground car park was small, but good to keep our bicycles safe overnight.

Breakfast was a buffet, but when something was finished, it was difficult to get more, so you need to be early to have the best choice. The breakfast was probably not very good value for the price.

Good helpful staff. Very nice room with air-conditioning and balcony. Safe paid parking (8Euros) and easy walk into town to see the amazing cathedral, charming streets, cafés and bars.

Great location for visiting Chartres, it was clean and comfortable had air conditioning and welcomed dogs. There was a good breakfast buffet available if you wanted it or kitchenette facilities in your room, including a dishwasher. The staff were friendly and helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We didn’t realise we had to book a car parking space and there was none available when we arrived, however the staff directed us to a pay and display car park about 50 meters from the hotel.
