The location and the house itself were both wonderful.

The level of cleanliness was appalling. Most sinks, basins and benches appeared not to have been given even a wipe over in months and the floors was really dirty. Even the dish cloths left for us to clean with were dirty. I bleached them before using them. Finding the owner's clothes in the drawers in the main bedroom was unexpected and unpleasant. Finding his toiletries and medications in the bathroom cabinet was also unexpected and unpleasant.

Quiet and peaceful location. The house is full of characters. Very relaxing environment. Wonderful sound system.

Falls Lodge served as a welcoming base camp for adventures in the Blue Mountains. It was warm and inviting, with plenty of space and privacy.

Falls lodge is a cosy cabin perfect for a winter getaway. It’s got 2 fireplaces, one open fire and one wood burner which we loved and kept us lovely and warm. It’s spacious inside with a lovely lounge area perfect for sitting by the fire and chatting. It has a fully stocked kitchen and beautiful deck which catches the sunshine. The property is on a very quiet street, giving you absolute peace and quiet.

Paying for all the extras. The property is relatively expensive on its own, and has a number of extras you have to pay for which we felt should have been included eg, high chair, bringing a dog, fire wood etc. so just be aware of that.

The home was cosy and comfortable. Awesome seating arrangements to enable good chats with great music.

Kitchen was well stocked. The property was nicely furnished and had a nice atmosphere Loved the fire place

The bathroom towels for two guests were not available on arrival. Only one was neatly laid on the bed. We had to look for more and found two more in one of the bedroom cupboards
