Room rate is too high as compared to the area as well as location and not meet up standard

Rooms were very dirty. Carpets were stinking. Poor service at restaurant

The person at desk Mr. Vinod was a cooperative person.

The hotel price does not justify the amenities. Even the sleeper were given after calling them. I stayed for two days and both days i was told that due to limited number of guests the buffet breakfast was not available.

Nothing to like here in the property except some staff who try to do what they can with limited resources..

The property is located approximately 25mtrs from the main road and approach is filthy and open drains flowing freely, one can't walk in the street. The two rooms we booked infested with spiders and some roaches. After complaining we were offered a family room and the floor sticky, beds are hard and not so clean linen. We complained as no hot water in the outdated and smelly bathroom and advised to drain as much as we can and still not of use during our stay. The room Ac is noisy and no proper temperature control, it's either fully coolest or hot.... The lift is too small and outdated, not safe with noisy functioning.
