It was weird to find out that in 21st century a 4* hotel is unable to provide internet connection in the room while it was included in the services. WiFi connections was available only in the lobby. Staff at the reception was informed about the internet situation several times. They promised to contact to the outsource company that provides internet service to fix it, but it was not fixed until our check-out. Another issue we faced was that the cleaning staff was not taking the trash out of rooms on a daily basis. Do they expect the guests to do that?? I guess this is not a proper service for 4*hotel.

the location was great, and the room was comfortable with everything I needed.

the first room that I got was big but stank from smoking, so I was degraded to a smaller room with no reference to it by the hotel. I got no compensation and not even a sorry. the staff wasn’t so nice but overall I got everything I needed and asked for so I was satisfied.

Closeness to U

Breakfast was an utter disaster… not enough tables, coffee machine kept breaking that one morning I gave up. That said the range of stuff available was good. Shower head wouldn’t stay in place without jamming it between ceiling and wall!

Bed was exceptional.

No coat hooks in room, four hangers between two people, no way of switching off one particular light so had to remove the light bulb, tea was undrinkable and only one coffee between two. Cleaning service was awful - one day they wanted to service our bedroom at 6pm. On our last day, although check out was at midday, they arrived at 9am and barged into the room without knocking.

The room can be little bigger. For 3 guests (2 adults+1 kid) the room was a bit small.

Location was amazing, room is spacious and clean. Beds were great and we had an amazing time in this hotel. The new employee Christian was very helpful.

One guy at the receptipn was very nervous.

Very nice, clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location at the beginning of Maria Hilfer street. A few minutes walk to central bus/metro station and direct bus from the airport

The room is relatively small, but still very nice and comfortable

Location to Westbanhof station, although a more central hotel may have been better. The room on the 4th floor was beautifully quiet and looked internally. Excellent shower and hot water. Super beds... If you like them hard!

The stained glass door on the toilet was not very private. I didn't think the staff were that friendly, but I think that might have been the Austrian manner... A little abrupt at times.😂😁
