L'appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre ville et proche du lac. Il est spacieux et confortable. La climatisation et le balcon est un plus. Andréa nous a très bien accueilli ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Côme. 🙂

Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Como. Close to everything. Best price and very convenient. The staff was highly professional and kind.

This is more of a rare problem but if you’re tall (1.90) this will be a tricky stay for using the bathroom and other facilities. Also 3rd floor no elevator.

Apartment was huge with everything you needed. As we stayed in January the heating was very much appreciated. The little Terrace was cute and had a lovely view of the rooftops. Location was second to non just 5 mins from the station and lake, with a great little eatery just in front for lunch and a bakery for breakfast just perfect. Angelika was very nice and met us at the apartment early to save us waiting around for check in. The apartment was spotless and I would definitely stay here again if I was ever back in Como thank you so much

They are not lying about the stairs! But worth the climb for sure

We booked two apartments (yellow and blue) for 7 people. The location is second to none. The street is beautiful and has some lovely eateries. We walked everywhere in como. The yellow apartment is beautiful and can comfortably fit 4 people. Both apartments were clean, stylish and had everything we needed (great kitchen facilities, stylish and clean bathrooms, comfy beds etc). Angelika and Andrea were very helpful and responsive. They also let us leave our bags in the apartment slightly later on the checkout day which was much appreciated. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds and cushions were!

The blue apartment is much smaller than the yellow one and I probably wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people even though there is a pull out bed to sleep up to 4 (unless you’re happy all sleeping in what is essentially the same room). This was fine for our stay but might not be for others. It would’ve been great to have somewhere to hang towels and hang clothes in the blue apartment. But these were only small things that weren’t too much of a problem for our short stay.

Really spacious and powerful aircon in the heat. Really great location, right by all the best bakeries and restaurants.
