The hotel had a welcoming feel, the bedrooms are uniquely designed, we had the Japanese room; it even had the old fashioned record (vinyl) player, a nice touch. The bathroom was spacious, large bath. The breakfast was more than adequate. I would really recommend this hotel; you get what you pay for!

Very nice family-hotel in the rural setting of Dwingeloo. Superb breakfast, very nice interiors, very friendly staff. Great place from where to go for walking or cycling in Drenthe. Excellent restaurants next door. Very quiet environment.

Be aware that you have to walk a steep stairway to get to the rooms. Our room was very nice but watch out for a low/tilted ceiling as it is right under the roof.

The style of the hotel was great a lot of effort had been put in to make sure you were comfortable. Excellent area and options for eating and lovely hotel breakfast! The owners were great!

Agnes the host was delightful. we were only there for one night but it was lovely. Hoping to be back soon.

The breakfast was very well cared for. And the lounge with open fire was very comfortable. The view was very special because of the snowfall.

super nice hotel and rooms. we stayed in the “Siena” room with a great feel and a bathtub in the middle of the room. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast choices.

This is a wonderful hotel in a special location with very friendly owner!

Breakfast was very good, more than enough choice, although somewhat pricy (15 or so euros per person). Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean.

Stylish and comfortable, sparkling clean facilities, organized with an eye for details and love! The owners are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Would be happy to come back given that the hotel is located nearby a beautiful forest!
