La stanza non è stata mai rifatta nei 3 giorni di permanenza. Ma sono sicura che se avessi chiesto un telo di ricambio lo avrei avuto.

Alles! Die Lage perfekt, sehr nahe des Zentrums. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, geräumig (hohe Decken), alles ganz neu und modern eingerichtet, ebenso das Bad und alles blitzblank sauber. Flauschige Handtücher, Mini-Duschzeug und Seife, Bett & Bettzeug tadellos! Salvatore ist ein sehr sehr netter und freundlicher Host, jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und auch täglich persönlich vor Ort. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor Check-in und nach Check-out sicher bei ihm deponieren, vielen Dank Salvatore!! Es gibt auch eine Küche, in der man sich jederzeit einen Kaffee/Tee zubereiten darf! Wir empfehlen gerne zu 100% weiter! TOP! 👍

Everything was really good, the room, service, location, breakfast.

The breakfast

Great location close to the historical city centre, restaurants and shops. If you want great beaches they are but a short drive away. Our host was one of the best and although spoke very little English he was extremely helpful and friendly.

The accommodation is on a one way street and parking was difficult to find.

The location was great, near the center of the town and yet in a very quiet street. Everything was new in the apartment, and executed with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was done for the safety, the comfort and the enjoyment of the guests.

We liked everything

The room was outstanding! It is spacious,the bed was confortable, the shower has a powerful and relaxing shower head,the AC is extremely quiet, very good inside lighting .

The property is the middle of a long street which at night is not well lighted. You access the building through a portal and after walking a bit you reach the property to the right of an elevator .There you arrive to a reception looking area where behind are two bedrooms . Then you pass a lounge area with tables ,you open another door and walk a long corridor to finally reach the bedroom at the end of the corridor. You feel isolated , lonely and disconnected from everything .You looked through the window and see the old building walls and an ugly area which looks like a parking lot , you look up and you have the old building structures and the inside balconies and people hanging their clothes.The window has bars. You feel isolated and unsafe even with all the cameras that the building has. I communicated this to the owner , but he didn’t seem to care how I felt and told me that this is all he has. I had no other choice but to stay since I already had paid for the room and didn’t know the city yet.I didn’t know either how to reach the owner directly until the day I gave back the keys. ( He said that I should have texted him when I encountered the problem I will tell.However ,he didn’t say that at checking . He should have mentioned “you can reach me at a certain number “. Instead I texted to the booking customer service . ) As a woman traveling alone I felt unsafe at this property. The last day I had an incident and had to switch properties and did not get my money back. As I mentioned my room was at the end of the corridor. Around six o clock and ready to have dinner , I came out of my room, passed the lounge area , opened the door leading to the reception area and there were two men with their room door opened and one of them tried to talk to me. There wasn’t anyone in the building just me and them. I felt extremely vulnerable and left in fear.

Breakfast is at a bar near by, one coffee and one croissant or another pastry served.

everything was really good especially the hospitality was amazing friendly, location was perfect and the room was so fresh the air conditioning unit they had was the best I’ve ever had

the beds to sleep on where uncomfortable and there wasn’t enough pillows very stiff and hard

It was a very nice stay, location is just great! 3 min to Botanical Garden and 3 min to piazza Yenne. The room was exceptionally clean, bathroom is big and comfortable. The room was not very big but it was enough to stay there with a family. The owner is very nice and ready to help! Definitely recommend!
