Not clean, CR is smelly and yellowish and some small cockroaches were seen

The place is awesome the staff are very friendly and attentive for our needs.

La résidence est loin de tout. Il faut un tricycle pour aller en ville. L'appartement est petit pour 4 personnes. Pas de linge de toilettes ni même de papier toilette. Le robinet de l'évier n'était pas fixé. La baie vitrée du balcon ne fermait pas à clé. Des ouvriers sur des échafaudages nous ont réveillés. L'ensemble de l'appartement est vétuste et sale. La résidence impose des règles très strictes ( interdiction d'accéder à la salle de sport si on n'est pas propriétaire, la piscine minuscule est payante)

The sink in the comfort room is clogged. The remote of the tv is not working due to dead batteries. The sofa bed needs to be replaced

first of all we are expecting to stay in Summer 10th suite, after paying through booking.com, caretaker said it was fully booked and his boss forgot to update the booking.com so they offered us SMDC property. For us it is fine as long as we can sleep comfortably. the funny thing is we checked in around 4pm because we ate lunch first and after checking in they told us to check out the next day at 9am and if we exceed hours we will pay additional 200 per hour. we ask them if we can check out at 12pm but they did not allowed us. they dont comply according to the description of booking.com. Anyways if you guys are planning to stay in any of their condo dont trust because they give misleading information.

The location is within Tagaytay and very near groceries, restaurants and tourist spots

When we arrived at the condo the whole room had a stinky smell from the restroom. We had to open the door going to the balcony our whole stay because if not the bad smell will not go away
