Alleen het double bed was prima. Het stapelbed in de 2e slaapkamer was ronduit oncomfortabel!

Toen we belden omdat we bij aankomst in Saint John nog geen toegangscode hadden, vertelde een zeer onvriendelijke dame ons doodleuk dat er geen boeking was op onze naam. Niet bepaald een warm welkom als je net uit Europa op de plaats van bestemming aankomt... Na meerdere keren aandringen of ze aub wilde luisteren naar ons dat we gewoon een reserveringsbevestiging hebben gekregen en of ze zo vriendelijk wilde zijn om nog eens na te kijken. Uiteindelijk bleek dat er wel!! een reservering was maar dat ze de toegangscodes (om wat voor reden dan ook) nog niet had gestuurd. Slechte start wat ons betreft. Andere minpunten: Niet schoon, alleen op het oog. Er lagen nog haren en kruimels overal op de vloer. Stapelbed zeer on confortabel. Geen normale eettafel met stoelen; er was een soort lage picnictafel opzet van hout met 2 bankjes. Geen normale pannen. Veel omgevingslawaai van het verkeer, ook s nachts. Wat ons betreft geen goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

The apartment is located in the very center of the city. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Service was excellent.

The condo is very nice has everything you need for a short or long visit. It is downtown in close to all the restaurants and tourist things that one might want to see. We highly recommend this and it's a good value.

The doors going in and out use keys in the door knobs are finicky to open. There was a big dumpster in the parking lot that took up five spaces and when you stood outside on the stairs you looked into a commercial dumpster. It may be that they were working on one of the apartments at this time I don't know.

Really big comfortable apartment. Great bed and mattress. Apt has all you need. Great location. Either way, the pros far outweigh the cons.

1. It's cold apartment. Windows do not close tightly and cold penetrates through them. 2. Strange and absolutely inconvenient schedule for the star and departure.

It was only mentioned quickly once in description that the bunk bed was not available for use as it was being repaired. We only figured it out until we got there Was not repeated anywhere else eg check in notes and the person count on the listing was for 4 when it should have been 3

Tastefully decorated. The floors, doors and walls were immaculate. The smart TV was a wonderful bonus. After a busy day of site seeing, we enjoyed a family movie night. The breeze from the ocean was beautiful at night. The building us relatively quiet and peaceful. The mattresses and linens were exceptional and comfortable. The extras provided like lactose free milk, creamer, coffee, condiments, peanut butter, laundry and dish soap, toiletries. All exceptional care! The property manager was awesome, polite, engaging and extremely prompt and helpful. Because we visited during a heatwave, it got extremely warm. When we reached out, literally within the hour, the property manager arrived with 2 brand new fans to make us comfortable. In the heart of the city, everything was close by and easy to find. The parking space was convenient. Communication with our hosts was prompt & helpful. Very family friendly, but also well-suited to groups, friends, business or even solo travelers. We will absolutely be booking with them again.

An oversight on my part, we visited during a heatwave. Being waterfront area, it didn't occur to me to look for air conditioning, but that is no fault of the hosts. Just my simple oversight. They did work to accommodate us for comfort.
