Location is great for being in the middle of nature, room was comfortable and clean, staff was very responsive via messages, and dinner was really tasty (chef was also great and explained the dishes well)

The location is amazing next to the lake. The lake is so clean. The room was really nice, clean and confortable.

Due to the weather, we were staying inside. There is not much to do around. The option for the breakfast were limited.

Everything was perfect in what concerns the surroundings, the fusion of the hotel with the surroundings, the facilities, etc...

I think breakfast could be improved in terms of choices given, and at least on weekends the availability should be extended till 11h00 for example.

We come here often, and this time I had booked another room for us for my friend's family who was visiting us. The service is always very prompt, attentive, and friendly, one really feels welcome. The staff goes beyond their way to make the guests' stay perfect. We also participated a "bug safari", which both the kid and the adults liked very much. The (rental) beach sauna was wonderful, we were swimming a lot in the lake. We also rented a "kota" (kind of a big teepee) and fried some burgers and sausages. Also got to try sup boarding for the first time (free of charge), the small lake is perfect for that. The dinner was delicious and very affortable, and our wishes were taken into account. We ordered to the room, so it took its while as the restaurant was really busy for the midsummer eve, but it was fine as we had time to play games on the balcony meanwhile.

nature & paths around it, peace and quiet

Restaurant serv.time/quality wasn’t to the spot. Kids were not considered at all in menu served to them & hours of wait time just wasn’t acceptable. Breakfast was very basic. We were left wondering if the place simply was in shortage with staff.

Polku is perfect for a stay in the national park. We had a lovely walk and a great swim in the lake. A small kichenette means you can look after yourself but the breakfast was great and dinner amazing both in taste and value.

We would have benefited from understanding the model more in advance. Maybe some more pictures online?

This is a fantastic place if you need to relax away from city life! The hotel is embedded in the woods, next to a lake. Free sup boards and a rowing boat. Nice breakfast and wonderful staff.

Great location in the middle of Nuuxio Park, Super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful place, excellent beach sauna, bike ride .... it was exactly what I needed.

That I stayed not long enough.

The hotel is in the heart of forest, on the lake shore, right on the border of the national park. The air is so clean and fresh! The national park has hiking, bicycle anh horce riding roads. Also there are some fire places with everything needed to grill. The child was happy, when yougn deer run righ near or balcony. The room was clean and big. TV was had smart tv and casting functionality. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, even with washing machine and two capsules. Hotel access with the codes. There are a lot of table games and billiards in the public place. Great!

I chose the hotel because of reach description on booking. In fact, grilling place is ready only since june (were in may), some activities are not available. And there was no one in the hotel, at first it was even scarry, as in horror movie :) The host was anytime on the phone and tried to help. But what could be improved is breakfast. I understand, that it was jot a season, and quite a few people. There were only oats, eggs, some ham, cucumbers, tomatoes and two deserts. Everything for several slices. One day we even ought to ride to nearby supermarket. Luckily we had kitchen in the room.

Nice dinner, carefully prepared and presented. Not cheap, but the experience is worth the money. Noteworthy: In the meantime, Polku has a license to serve liquor, so you don't have to bring your own. The breakfast is okay, not overwhelming in quantity, but good quality. Highlight: The lake sauna is authentic and helps to recover in case you took the backroads and a bicycle to reach the place. I plan to be back in the summertime.

A bigger time slot for breakfast would be nice, for people who tend to sleep longer.

Very quiet and beautiful surrounding. new hotel with good amenities and wonderful staff. It was warm, very clean and cozy rooms. Good breakfast and wonderful surprise dinner with a very personal service. Wonderful place!

all was superB!!

The place is less than an hour away from the capital of Finland, next to a lake and national forest. Tranquility is perfect, no discos, no extra noises, just peaceful area. Perfect breakfast served at the mornings,and if wanted dinner made by private chefs. What else you want is just a 15 mins drive away.

For our family, there was nothing we didn’t like, as there are 2 saunas, pool table,perfect hiking trails.

The place is gourgeous, so peaceful and so much beautiful nature everywhere around you. The staff was amazing and so kind and helpful!

The hotel locates just lakeside. I rent a SUP board and try it with kind small lesson by owner. Surrounding forest was filled by blueberry, on middle of Aug.

Amazing place in the middle of wild and peaceful nature. Very tasteful and healthy breakfast. I got very good hiking ideas from the stuff. I felt very comfortable at this wonderful and quiet place. very nice place to swim also.
