Locatie was top! Jacques was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt heerlijk. Vers brood, croissantje, beleg en ei naar keuze. Kamer ruim en heel fijn met apart toilet.

Andere heer bij de receptie beetje eigenaardig en nors. Schoonmaak kan veel beter heel erg stoffig op de kamer en veel kalkaanslag en schimmel in de kitranden in de badkamer. Prijs-kwaliteit klopte niet echt …€448,- voor 2 nachten incl. ontbijt en toeristenbelasting is echt teveel voor dit hotel. Snap ook niet waarom het 4* heeft.

The overall appearance of the establishment gave a warm, comfortable (literally) home feeling. The bed was firm and comfortable and the owners/staff were informal but certainly correct, very pleasant to deal with. Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommended to experience it yourself.

I only missed a chair in the room to make it easier to put on my shoes. small detail.

We had a very large room with a gigantic bed. It was very quiet and restful. Haarlem is a beautiful city, and after several days in busy Amsterdam, a welcome change of pace. We even extended our stay by an extra day. Be sure to get the breakfast - it was fantastic.

The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the restaurant isn't open for dinner. After the great breakfast, I'm sure an evening meal would be just as delicious.

Everything was perfect in the hotel. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. 

The service, the quietness and the decoration awesome.

No room service. We only stood for two nights but bed was undone and towels unchanged.

No air-con, although a fan was provided. Kettle was absent from the room. Feels more like a restaurant with rooms rather than a boutique hotel with a restaurant

Great location,

The room was badly overlooked by other rooms so you could not open the very heavy velvet curtains so the room was always dark and you needed to have the lights on. Also, the hotel is quite noisy as it is all wooden floors and stairs and you could hear every movement of the other guests, especially in the room above.

I liked the fact that it wasn't the typical hotel room. Lots of fun and good vibes in the hotel. Everyone was nice. Rooms were fun and loved the fact I could take a bath in the morning before my long flight home.

This is a great property. Unique in its design and renovation. great colors and chandeliers. Even the staircases and way the room locations are labeled. Really liked it at MAF. Great find. oh- the staff is lovely. I only interacted with two members, primarily the young woman at the front desk but she was so friendly and helpful that I would assume the entire staff is as lovely. Our room was large and comfy. We slept very well. The bathroom is nice as well!

The bathroom was fabulous especially the walk in shower. Bed super comfy. Friendly staff. Cool vibe. Excellent towels, big and soft. Lovely toiletries (I,m going to buy some for home).

My room (204) was on top floor with exposed roof beams which meant I could hear the wind whipping around. It was quite loud. Strange vibe.

Room was too hot at night even with aircon turned down so we had to leave the window open but it was a wild night so the window rattled all night and we got cold. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
