A very comfort flat, excellently equipped, in a great position very close to the beach.

We had a little glitch with lack of hot water but it was quickly resolved by the superb maintenance team.

Beds are very small, it feels very cold and empty not very homely like some holiday let’s I’ve stayed in but overall was ok, Met the owner who does the cleans he was a very nice man and it was very clean. Do not like the area at all but that’s just preference not down to the holiday let and also paid £25 for birthday decorations and received used looking very tacky ones that I could or brought for £5 was expecting more complete waste of money

Location was fab, the place was spotless and modern, super close to nice bars and the beach.

We came for a wedding, and we would of loved it if there had been more mirrors in the flat for getting ready, it was also quite dark in the flat we were in, some additional lights could brighten it a little.

More tea towels , the bath water does not run down quickly fills up when showering.

We liked the comparable bed and settee.

Fixtures and fixing all modern, a lot of effort installing high quality utilities.

Broken toilet seat on arrival in room 2. Surfaces in both kitchens and toilets need wiping over. Room 1, floor needed a clean… still rice on floor from previous occupants. No blind in kitchen window room 1, need privacy and the feeling of safety with a blind. Other people nearbye using outside tap for their own use, one lady visible looking through rm 1 kitchen window.! The bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner… considering the age of shower and bath etc, no black Mould should have collected if cleaned to a high spec. Sofa very dirty in room one, perhaps cream isn’t the right choice. If this cleanliness could be rectified we would stay again.

Just got back from 4 days at The Hideaway. Perfectly equipped for two adult couples. We enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony in the morning sun and dinners in the spacious lounge. Less than 5 mins walk to the sea, perfect for any swimmers, walking from the front door in my cossie and then quickly back inside for a hot shower. Easy, free on street parking nearby, never had trouble finding a space. Fantastic bakery round the corner, and plenty of stores for fresh fruit & veg. Great base for day trips on foot into Hastings and by car to Rye, Camber Sands & Eastbourne. Definitely recommend.

The place was very, very clean, nicely decorated.and modern.

The entrance to the property could do with a bit of beautification and signage.

Perfect location within walking distance from the train station. Very comfortable and modern.

Could have had a few more amenities in the kitchen.

we typed in 1 mile from Hastings, we had to catch bus into Hastings, 10 mins on bus, parking was nearly 15 mins away. looked nothing like the advert, very rough area, and very noisy , cant believe they added an extra £60 for cleaning and taxes what a rip of was advertised for £249, 2 nights, then i clicked on it, went up to £325, i would not recommend this stay to anyone, very dirty out side rubbish everywhere, i have taken pics and did a video to prove it,

everything, was not worth half the money

A spacious, well equipped apartment with a little balcony. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms were great. Very comfy double bed.

Second bedroom could have had better beds. Noisy with seagulls (that's just how it is there by the sea)

Found the breakfast to be very nice at the Goat Lodge

Super clean, good location, excellent host communication, good table for board games

Pillows were super high and lumpy, we couldn't really use them. Shower has only two modes: off or full blast (excellent water pressure btw, might even be too high for domestic valves), chairs might need some tightening

The flat was excellent, clean, modern and had everything we needed.

The location was very run down with rubbish everywhere. No parking at the flats.

Very modern and cosy the beds were comfy and when we locked ourselves in the landlord came within 10 mins to let us back in. 5 star

Kitchen could have been better stocked with utensils for those who cook on longer stays.

Nice apartment - modern, quiet and clean. Good access to shops. Would recommend.

Area is a bit run down. Finding a parking space for the weekend was a headache, though we did find one eventually.
