The location was ideal and the room was perfect for ourselves and our puppy.

The shower was so powerful it leaked onto bathroom floor. Had to be careful and only run the shower on lower pressure

Clean, new, good price, comfortable bed, helpful staff, big tv, neat and well appointed.

Quite noisy; lots of traffic noise and people walking on wooden stairs quite loud early in the morning. Needs towel rail in bathroom.

Wrong room , advertising was misleading. Paid for a “premier” room . Wasn’t anything premier about it , in fact we got a completely different designed room with no window to see out off or bring natural light inside , draining system in the bathroom is terrible, the area outside the shower becomes flooded and builds up around the toilet , cleaner walked in on my wife changing and did not knock and we hadn’t checked out yet , no offer of discount or reimbursement when I asked and brought up these issues . Bad experience

No balcony, however likely need to request this in your booking. Parking was very tight! If you are a light sleeper be mindful the hotel is situated on the main road so it was quite noisy, we could also hear our neighbour's TV in the early hours on the morning.

The location is really convenient, close to CBD, and a few free parking lot in the building area. In terms of facilities, it is rather new, including a big TV.

I realize the bed is composed of two single beds, which sort of shock me. Apart from that, there are not enough rubbish bins. In terms of the view, it is a bit awkward, you could see downstairs from the room and you have to close the blind.

lovely room and appreciate the balcony access since i had a dog with me for the trip. two bed room apartment was clean and spacious enough. car park is available on street behind the property but keep a look out for the timings. Will surely stay back here again when i visit adelaide.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Property well maintained. Good shower, although water temp could be increased slightly particularly on cold mornings. Bed was very comfortable. Good location.

Love the smart tvs and warm heater for colder stays. Bathrooms are always clean and sheets smell fresh

The fact that the sheets come undone from the bed so easily and half the time end up sleeping straight on the mattress protector

The staff were very welcoming and remembered us from the last time we stayed. The room had everything that we needed and was spotless. We were fortunate to be in a large studio room that had an outside porch and was very quiet at the back of the property. An excellent position for the city and the eastern suburbs.

Great place and am a regular there, however this time the sheets were a little dirty from a previous stay. Would have been a 5/5 stay, but that was a cause of concern. Other facilities, bathrooms and place is otherwise perfect

room faces the highway so a little loud. Would recommend that the property gets a door snake or something to mitigate sound.

Location was excellent. The ability to have our dog with us (who required specialist surgery) after travelling from regional SA.

$50 pet cleaning fee seemed a bit pricey but understand in some cases it is warranted.

The bed was with 2 single mattresses, it was moving so much moving around all the time, the bed was the worst thing.
