The privacy and the view of the water.

The water smelled so bad the entire upstairs stinks for hours after you shower. The basement bedrooms were so musty and damp smelling you couldn’t sleep there. The outdoor furniture is awful. Most of the chairs can’t even be used because they’re completely rusty.

Location is good, very secluded. Nice friendly neighbors. Beautiful setting. Enjoyed the porched. Enjoyed the puzzles and audio system while in the house.

There is a distinctive "rotten egg" smell that comes up through the plumbing when running water.

The home is sufficiently supplied with everything you need for cooking. Quiet atmosphere.

A few more easy chairs. The chairs in the living room were not very comfortable. Also, it had a good overall clean appeal at first but it could use a deep clean. Lots of dog hair on the sofa.
