Had everything we needed. Even beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of room. Close walk to beach.

The house was adorable, and the location definitely was great, but please DO NOT STAY HERE. The bedding is flannel, which is a hot fabric and a weird choice, but more importantly, the thermostat is set to 75 and can not be overridden. The home is constructed in such a way that there is only one main vent supplying ac to the common areas and one in each bedroom. This is not enough circulation to keep the home cool, and it is very uncomfortable. The owners went through the trouble of making a separate sink/toilet area, but they kept the shower in the same space as the toilet. This means that the bathroom can still only be used by one person at a time. Most importantly: the property is managed by three different companies, and if something goes wrong and your "contact person" is unreachable, you are completely on your own. So far, Evolve - seemingly the "Head Honcho" management company - has not taken any responsibility for the difficulties with my stay.

There were some issues with our stay that needed attention (we were missing a queen air mattress), but our contact person no longer worked for the property management company. She was wonderful, but there's obviously only so much you can do when you don't work somewhere anymore. From there, getting things resolved was a fiasco that had me explaining the same situation to three different "property managers" for the place because none of them would just pick up the phone and CALL EACH OTHER. I am not a "speak to your manager" type, so this was a nightmare. Additionally, the cleaning checklist for this property is extensive, which is insane considering you pay a cleaning fee.

easy and uncomplicated check-in, beach just 5 minutes to walk away, Publix just two minutes by car away, apartment really new, go equipment.

We appreciated the facilities at our disposal, the tranquility of the neighborhood and the nearby beach !

We would have liked to have chairs outside on the balconies.
