Property was fine optically.

The noise from within the building woke us up throughout the night constantly. It seemed like an old building and that comes with aged pipping, AC etc . It was shocking the level noise and would strongly advise against anyone staying there.

Great location downtown Indianapolis

Better blinds (need blackout shades), and a better pullout couch - the one provided was not big enough. Was rather loud being close to the elevators. Was too hot - could not set thermostat any lower

Big, large beds, decent mattresses, secure, plenty of shower and bathroom supplies, pool table in common area

Dishwasher has an odor, maybe needs a dishwasher cleaning product? Carpet ready to be replaced in hall. A couple dining area chairs needed repair.

A very big and comfortable place for multiple people or alone. Was able to have access to the gym and the apartment was clean and came with many appliances. Had an awesome work trip and stay at this location.

The floor seemed to need some fixing as you can feel it move around the main entrance hallway when you're walking around. The walls should be soundproof so you would not hear other neighbors but other than that everything was fine.
