The bed was the most noisiest I have ever stayed in. Every time you moved or turned over it creaked very loudly with both of us having very poor nights sleep. More detail needed in living space, example a further table by the sofa would protect your floors from spillages. No wine glasses.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space and a kitchenette it you don't fancy going out for food every night. Very close to the promenade and a short walk up the street brings you to a retail park and more shops. In an ideal location, we attended with a dog and thought it was perfect!

Right near the promenade and about 25min walk to Llandudno Town centre. Lovely apartment, good space, ground floor apartment opened straight onto outside space so do could come and go easily.

Little not to like! Outdoor space is somewhat limited but enough for an early morning visit by dog. Used nearby promenade for more of a romp.

Unassuming frontage, tardis style appt. Lovely decor, heated up quickly, quiet relaxing place to stay. All ameneties in wprking order Enjoyed our palatial stay.

Location was very good, bed really comfy lounge was cosy

Toilet seat was loose so moved when used, tv was temperamental not sure if it was the battery in remote. I think it needs a chest of drawers for underwear and tops. When we arrived it was very dark and raining hard so we struggled with finding the lock safe and opening it then Shen we PPE the door there was a step we weren’t expecting so I nearly slipped up. I think it would be a good idea to leave the outside light and hall light on to make it easier.

The flat felt very welcoming and cosy and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived

Layout, decor, modern kitchen, location, clean. Would stay again, lovely apartment.

Door handle to living room, my wife and I both trapped fingers! Could have done with a few more basic essentials - washing up sponge, handwash, shampoo conditioner in bathroom, there were two bottles but both lotions. Late check-in, 4pm.

Lovely apartment! Bed was so soft and comfortable, shower and bathroom was luxurious.....kitchen well equipped, could do with extra towels leaving , slight leak on the hall way radiator in apt,could do with a bigger wardrobe and the entrance hall to the apartments could be made more welcoming.

Sofa was rather uncomfortable, it could do with another arm chair or alternative sofa !

Lovely interior design with spacious rooms throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great as it's just 2 minutes from the beach and it's easy to get to other locations along the coast from this base. There is a micropub, bakery and onvienice stores all within about 100m of the property.

Would have been better if there was extra storage in bedroom for winter jumpers etc. Although there were coat hangers on the wall a wardrobe would have been more preferable

Tastefully decorated. A little distant from the center of town but walkable and just a block from the water.

It skimped on supplies: about 1/20 of a roll of toilet paper (if that), two coffee pods (and I couldn’t find Lavazza pods anywhere), two empty bottles of dish detergent, no soap for the bathtub, no paper towels… Also, the Nest which controls the heat seemed to control nothing. There are times where it was chilly enough that some heat was warranted. (It wasn’t that bad so we just toughed it out.)

A lot of thought and care has gone into the decor and furniture.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable and dips in the middle.More in the way of up to date dinnerware would be useful and more practical.

Location was great, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Approximately 15-20 minute walk to the main pier. Property itself was nice & clean. Dogs welcome which is great. Parking was easy to find nearby. Local shop less than 2 minutes away. Shower & bathroom facilities great.

The bed was one of the worst beds I have ever slept in. Dipped in the middle - both myself and my partner had pain in our lower back as no support. Could feel the springs through the mattress. Bed also made loud squeaking noise whenever either of us turned over/sat down. Stayed in the ground floor apartment - can hear guests in the top floor apartment walking around, opening/closing drawers etc. Carpet in the bedroom is very rough/uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. Booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 due to being unable to sleep in the bed.
