Overall a good stay, great location as beach is close by and Skiathos town is only a 10/15 mins walk away. Bus stop 4 and 5 just 2 mins walk away, good public transport for visiting other resorts and travelling around the island. Good choice of food and cocktails. Clean and tidy facilities. Ladies in reception are very polite and helpful. Sunbeds are the comfiest beds I’ve been on. Pool area is small but clean and tidy with chilled music on in the background. Pool is by the main road so expect some traffic noise.

Mis-communication between Thalassa hotel pool bar and Thalassa Cape main restaurant. Although all three hotels (Thalassa Cape, Thalassa and Thalassa Thero) are on the same complex the pool bar is ran separately. If you order food/drinks from The main restaurant in Thalassa Cape and if you’re on half board basis then you must consume your meal and drinks there and not by the pool bar. The pool bar only offer snacks and beverages and is separate from Thalassa Cape. This was not explained to us and we wore the brunt of their lack of communication. The bar man was very rude and abrupt with us in front of other guests for their Mis communication and misunderstanding between staff members. I feel this should have been dealt with more professionally and out of other guests sights. He did offer a limoncello shot as a way of an apology….. I’m just glad it’s our last day as we feel very embarrassed by the whole incident. More staff training is required!

The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food, and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant for dinner as well. The was amazing, friendly and helpful with our luggage up the steps to second floor

Far from other places on Skiathos but easy to taxi to other beaches.

The location of the hotel was great, on the beach and only a ten minute walk into Skiathos Town. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help you. The facilities were very clean and couldn’t be faulted. Breakfast was great!

Restaurant had no lunchtime snack menu, it was the same in the daytime as in the evening. It was also expensive for drinks and food compared to surrounding restaurants and bars. Roadway was noisy and made worse by the roadworks. Charge for sunbeds on the beach was ridiculous and should be free for guests of the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Nice room, friendly and kind staff and the food in the restaurant was amazing.

Lovely hotel close to the beach and the city with friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Good breakfast with hot and cold food and beverages, served in the pool-side restaurant. Air-conditioned rooms in good size and most come with a balcony for outside seating. Outdoor swimming pool with plenty sun loungers and pergolas.

It is slightly away from town so not easy to get to on foot if you have large luggage. Its proximity to the main roads makes the hotel convenient to catch the bus but at the same time the traffic noise can sometimes be heard.

The pool area and breakfast is excellent. The room is nice. Clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant. Good location.

No view however more expensive than other hotel collections with view. The staff could be a little bit more helpful. The hotel is oposite the beach however we were suggested not to take the pool and room towels to the beach and buy from the supermarket.

steep stairs to get to room no railing to support. Dangerous for slip or fall. AC was very poor room took over 24 hours to cool . No ac in bathroom . Shower floods after every shower poor drainage come out of shower to wet slippery floor. No washcloths available.

Very nice room! Big and freshly renovated. Very comfortable bed! Convenient location, just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the town. Wide choice for the breakfast. Nice swimming pool!

The breakfast is open air so they should cover the food to protect from the flies around..

The breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning, so much variety to have something different each day. The Host and the staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to all our needs. The location is excellent, walking distance to the port and the old port where you will find a lot of restaurants and all kind of shopping.

The location was ok but had no direct excess to the beach and provided no guest beach lounges, which you had to struggle to find somewhere to sit on the beach.

The spirits at the bar were a little pricey, four euros for a mixer. We would have used the bar more if it would have been more reasonable

Lovely clean rooms, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with all the amenities.Great location and easy access to the beach (50m. by foot), local restaurants and to the center. The hospitality was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time.

Good breakfast and location

No hot water and the toilet ran continuously meaning it didn’t flush properly. When I advised the front office there wasn’t even an apology initially, only when pushed. No offer to compensate or make up for the inconvenience
