Spotless apartment right in the centre of St Lawrences Bay, 5 mins from the beach and lively strip of bars and restaurants. Apartment was very comfy, very tastefully furnished and had everything you needed including cooking facilities. Very friendly and helpful team who run the place.

Location very convenient for beaches and entertainment.

With only one bathroom the 2 bedroom apartment is most suitable for a family and not for 2 couples.

We had a kitchen which was great as things are very expensive in Barbados. We made most breakfasts in but did go out a few time as well. We had most dinners in a restaurant and lunches at happy hour. Dover beach was our favourite and only about a 7 minute walk in a great neighbourhood. Laundry facilities was a huge plus too!

The only thing we all thought was missing was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower..like a wall dispenser. It states free toiletries on the website but nothing was there. Also, a mirror in each bedroom would be nice, mostly for the women. Lastly, we loved the tortoises and fed them everyday but we thought maybe they should have a little shelter area where they can go into. That’s pretty much it!

Where do I begin? The check in process was seamless. Nigel met us at the property, gave us a full tour of the apartment and amazing facilities and gave us a rundown of local amenities, attractions and how to access. Then we welcomed him to stay for a visit and over the next few hours we got to know each other and quickly became friends. Elvis came for a visit but could not stay long because it was his birthday. Who goes out of their way on their birthday just to welcome guests? The apartment far exceeded expectations. Feeding the turtles our fruit and vegetable scraps daily and watching them was very cool and the monkeys coming by were also amazing. The apartment was clean, had everything you could need and more, and very comfortable! The water was hot and the pressure was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. There were ample towels, linens and even beach towels. The laundry facilities were free to use as well as the detergents. The ice-machine was perfect as you never had to wait for yours to freeze. All amenities of home and more. Dover Beach is just a few minute walk and you are literally "steps to the Gap" which has all of your nightlife, restaurants, confectionaries etc. Nigel never overstepped his boundaries but we had him over daily (at our invite) just to catch up and chat. He has become a good friend and we look forward to our continued friendship! I can't say enough good things about Nigel and our stay. As for the apartment, we are already booking next year as it was the best vacation we have ever had! Without revealing too much as I don't want to let this place out of the bag and not have vacancy for us year after year, it was perfect! I 100% recommend Dover Court Apartments!

Only 2 recommendations which are literally nothing that could ruin a vacation but just suggestions; mirrors in the bedrooms and a handheld vacuum to quickly clean the floors of sand etc. The broom works, but pushes it around. Again, nothing to complain about.

Absolutely top apartment with all the facilities you could wish for. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and could not do enough to make the stay memorable

it is very spacious and in a very quiet position yet easy walking distance to Dover beach and St Lawrence gap. it had large ceiling fans in all rooms plus air condition in the bedrooms. although the upper apartment is so breezy that you don’t need to use the a/c Nigel was very helpful and responded to our requests very quickly.

the shower room needs towel rails and a sink cabinet to put toiletries.

The apartment was in a lovely spot - close proximity to beach and bus stops - plenty of restaurants and bars. The green monkeys visited every morning and ate bananas from the tree in the garden - we had 3 hummingbirds visiting regular in the morning. The court yard is quiet and the wash house facilities were brilliant. washing powder and washing up liquid were also provided which is unusual on holiday lets. In fact we actually booked it again for Easter next year !!! A favourite for us. xx

If I was being picky - may be mirrors in the bedrooms.

very loud room right on the side of a main road/ cant close the sound out completely cos of vents so very noisey when combined with a million cockerells!
