Dirty, room smelt of drains, housekeeping rude.

The pool was clean. Towel service was great. Staff was very polite. Rooms were clean.
Ice machine would have been nice BUT at least am OXXO is very close by. There could be a little less mold/black stain in the shower area.

The staff were all welcoming, friendly and seemed well trained. Breakfast was consistent and the range of options were appreciated.
The room we were in needed some work, deodorizing and perhaps some updating.

rooms could use some general upkeep. nothing major. minor paint and cracked tiles. bring your own pillow! 6/6 pillows were flat and hard

The buffet you serve is the same thing every day we stay for 3 days and we gad no options. Please add kids menu or options for kids

Everything was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room cleaners were amazing. The breakfast and waiters were fantastic. Beds very comfy. You can not fault anything about this hotel.

Pool was great. Room was very well maintained despite the age of the property.
Wedding party guests were talking in the corridor, knocking loudly till 1am.

Staff was amazing, specially our housekeeping lady was so helpful and friendly.
Everything was good except WiFi was not good. The breakfast menu needed to have more variety of foods.
