everythink clean and cozy

Very nice and comfortable apartment. 2 sleeping rooms and a balcony was a nice suprise. There is no air conditioning, but 2 big fans are enough. Kitchen and bathroom are well equiped and cleaning is being done very well! Also stuff is really nice and always ready to help or assisit.

With the longer stay you can feel lack of some stuff like bread cutting board but those are details. I have also heard from some Caboverdian friends that this is not the safest area in Praia, and every time they assisted me home they were waiting until the door closes after me, but during my 3 weeks stay I have not even once felt even uncomfortable there and I were walking a lot by myself or with my girlfriend. On the other hand in the City Center (Fazenda) someone tried to steal her phone.

Vladimir the owner was extremely kind he help me getting from the airport to the house speaking to the taxi driver to get the direction, he was always available for everything I needed, thanks Mr. Vladimir.

The sower missing a support for the water shower arm, and should get more running water even if I know is a problem in the island .

It was really cheap, location was as we thought

The apartment was not ready, it was hard to reach the Host, the cleaning lady just changed the top sheets on our arrival, left the wet towels and sheets from the previous guest, no new towels ... the Apartment itself was kind of dusty, the mattress so old, that it was a torture to sleep on, well, we had to get up for an early flight, thank God 🙃
