The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The villa was spacious and we'll decorated, had a small fridge. The resort was very quiet and peaceful, we managed to relax and recharge. The restaurant was very cozy and the food really delicious. Even the home-made rakia was good. We had the same options to choose from for breakfast (all were delicious) and the coffee was really good. The animals just added to the charm of the property and if travelling with children they woukd be a great attraction.

The villa wasn't cleaned well, it looked like no one had been in there for months with a lot of dust and even opened water in the fridge and woman's razor in the bathroom.

Very happy with pretty much everything. Room was very spacious, great facilities, location is perfect if you're looking to get away and switch off. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Last, but definitely not least - large selection of TV channels, including sports ones that you wouldn't have access to in most hotels. Excellent all around.

Delicious breakfast and a great view.

Clean and well furnished rooms with a fireplace for a cozy wine experience. The staff is very kind and supportive. The restaurant offers a fine dining kitchen, despite being a bit expensive. Good for children especially during the summer with a football stadium and big zoo. Already recommended and will visit again.

No relax zone in the SPA center. Could be better

Everyhing was perfect - location, facilities, views, outside and inside, the whole atmosphere... Clean, nice and cozy. The restaurant and the kitchen are amazing. The animals right next to the resort - I just couldn't ask for more. Definitely a must to visit place. I would recommend it to all of my friends.

This is a gem that one should not miss out for sureee. We came for the weekend, we booked a double room, but since the guests were few, they gave us an apartment. Big and spacious rooms, clean, but what is for me the most exciting perk of this place is the fact that the kitchen uses local produce, they have a farm with many different animals. We literally cleaned our plates off. I want to also congratulate Alexander, who was most helpful, calm and polite. Rarely have I seen such sweet and humble person in Bulgarian resort to help us on the reception desk, to serve us in the restaurant from breakfast until dinner, even to manage the spa facility. Overall - we love the guy. I would like also to congratulate the kitchen staff who made specials meals for me because of my Christmas fast. Everything they prepared was spot on in terms of flavor, deliciously fresh and made with care. We love this place. Amazing! Another thing to mention is that we loved the cheeses so much that we asked how could we buy some of it. We actually found the man who is preparing locally these products using the milk coming from the very same Mentor Resort. If you wish to buy local delicious products ask the amazing staff.

Nothing at all.

The nature is wonderful. The design and the comfort of the rooms, perfect beds and very sweet dreams, wonderful outdoor space, swimming pool and barbecue, amazing food and so friendly staff. Unforgettable!!!

Everything was perfect!

Great place!

No refrigerator in the apartment. The food in the restorant wasn't tasty at all! The choice was absolutely limited, the quantity too. Shame, because is forbiden to use own food or drinks. It is writen everywhere... So, to have even cold water - you have to pay 4,50 lv. and to drink it fast, before to get hot!!! No words.

The location was great, very calm surroundings. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Nice terrace.

The service in the restaurant was very slow, despite the fact that the food was delicious. Bathroom in the apartment was always flooded due to the lack of door of the bath tube. The drainage was not proper and the floor was wet all the time. Housekeeping not adequate. Lack of storage in the apartment - only one small closet for 2 bedrooms.
