I loved being able to see the water. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. Port City Java was right next door for a daily dose of coffee. We loved sitting out on the balcony, doing crafts, talking or just resting.

There is a light out in the master bath. I forgot to email the owner to let them know. It wasn't a problem.

We know the area pretty well so chose this property in particular because of its proximity to all the points of interests. Near the river, the pier, coffee shops, restaurants, shops, marina and ice cream stores!

Surprised there was no indoor dining table. Also could've used better knives for slicing and dicing fresh food items. Please provide detailed instructions for operating the TV. (We finally gave up on watching the ACC Final Four and headed to the Moore Street Oyster Bar.) MOST Important to address: The Jacuzzi tub/shower inviting, but there are no grab bars to use for getting in and out of the deep tub.

Location and the place was clean.

They were working on the back area, could not sit out on the deck. The pool was not cleaned. There were children's floats all over the deck. Workman were working on the place next door and kept leaving the gate unlock, very unhappy with the outside, pool and deck.

Location was where we wanted; downtown with walking access to restaurants. We could see the ocean/sound/inland waterway from the deck. Spacious with lovely decorations and great beds. Night lights along the floor were appreciated. Host was most helpful and friendly. Table and chairs near the pool to sit outdoors and read, etc. Nice to have a pool but it was still too cool to use it.

TV was a smart tv which we could not get to work correctly even after following instructions. However, the host did come by and solve the problem. KUDOS. Great to have a small deck looking over main street. However, traffic was so noisy we could not keep the door open or sit on the deck. Not a fault of the accommodations but it would have been nice to sit outside with a drink and talk. We are used to a notebook with information about restaurants and things to do which was not available in the condo. It is easy to read written information and brochures. We prefer not to have to find what we are looking for on our phone.
