It was close to the sites with a nice view of the water. The house was beautiful inside and out. We also loved the ability to borrow the golf cart to explore the area without wearing ourselves out.
I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon. I just wish we had more time to try the pool and get a massage.

The breakfast was first class! The location close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing. Exceptionally clean. You can feel the pride of ownership. The view was nice but obstructed by a single family home yet pleasant.
Suzy has the hospitality down to a fine science, so absolutely nothing.

I truly enjoy my stay. It was first time I did a bed and breakfast and it make my expectation and above and beyond what I expected. Suzy was so kind and enjoyable to see everyday. I'm looking to going next year

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Suzy is so welcoming and loves to ‘take care of you’! She is an incredible cook and her breakfast was amazing. She generously lets you enjoy the entire house, minus the kitchen for regulation and sanitation rules. If we are ever back in the area, this is the place for us.
I can’t think of anything. Well I struggled with the automatic door lock, but that was probably user error.

The breakfasts were awesome ! It was so different from your standard breakfast, but it was delicious and very healthy.
Wish she had apple juice. Didn't get a receipt for my stay. Said it would be emailed, but have not received yet.

Beautiful inn! Delicious breakfast! Great location! Hostess was hospitable and welcoming!.
Never received an itemized receipt. Taxes and incidentals were charged to my card without knowledge or emailed verification days later. Those prices should have been made aware of as we left. Ask for another room with 2 beds I was told before arriving Inn was full. When we arrived all rooms were vacant. Mold in the shower.

So beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Suzi does everything to make sure everything is perfect for her guests. Additionally the breakfast is amazing.

Breakfast was excellent and delicious and was made by the owner herself.
The town and all the shops and historic points of interest were nearby
and assessable using the owners golf cart at no extra cost (FREE).
Sorry we didn't get to use the outdoor pool and hot tub maybe next time.
Not enough time only had two nights.

The breakfasts were creative, substantial and delicious. The house was beautifully restored with a great view of the river and the large ships entering and leaving the port of Wilmington. It was a perfect combination and quiet and luxury within an easy drive of beautiful beaches. We will definitely be returning.
